Usually Hy Vee has always been an excellent place to shop. However, we stopped in to this one to get drinks and use the restroom. They keep the restrooms locked so we had to go to customer service to get them unlocked. The cashier asked someone to unlock them on the p.a. and told us to wait by the bathrooms. We waited five minutes, which is a very long time for people who have to go to the bathroom, and had to ask someone in pharmacy. She also used the p.a. and finally the manager came to unlock them. The mens bathroom was out of soap. Instead of waiting around more we decided to buy hand sanitizer and there was no one at the register.

Its not bad but it was way better as Oscos and open 24hrs, considering it was the last place in the neighborhood that was.

The pharmacy and store staff know me by name and treat me like family. I dont love the prices but I love the convience!
