For my first review, I had to choose a place that I feel very passionate about. This place is under new management, so ignore the previous 5 star reviews. THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. We negotiated the price of the repair to my laptop to $225. I made a $180 deposit to the owner and would pay the rest when I got my computer back. When I went up there to pick it up, he claimed that I only made a $100 deposit, and I quote, "oh hell nah, you did NOT make a $180 deposit" when I brought up that I actually paid 180 already. I then had to show him proof that I did through text message. and then he tells me that I owe $25 more because the repair was "more complicated than anticipated". At that point I didnt even want to argue and just paid the extra money. After the transaction I overheard him mocking me on the phone in Spanish saying I was trying to rip him off claiming that I paid more than I actually did on the deposit, EVEN THOUGH I CLEARLY HAD PROOF. The owner does not care about customer satisfaction or making sure youre happy, hes just there to steal your money.

Im a UTA student that recently dropped off my macbook pro by there. I had spilled milk on it which damage my computer. I was searching for a reasonable computer shop and came across this one. Ive had my laptop since 2011, and no prior damages before this. They have fixed my laptop to the condition it was before the milk damage. I would recommend anybody to this shop.
