If you are having problems with your computer, DO NOT bring it to this place. Not only was I overcharged for my repair, but the service was not good at all. And discard all the previous 5 star reviews, this place is under new management (I was one of his first customers) and I am the first to review the new owner. I brought in my laptop (it wasnt turning on) and he told me it would be $20 for a full diagnostic. I reluctantly paid, and two days afterwards I got a call that it was a motherboard problem and that it would be around $375. After some negotiation, he said he would only charge me $225 for the repair, and I agreed and made a $180 deposit. First off, I contacted multiple times in a period of two weeks to check for the status of my laptop (I attend college so I needed it for school). He just kept telling me he would call tomorrow or when the parts came in but would never call. I finally received a call that my laptop was ready to be picked up. I went up there and he claimed that I only paid $100. He kept on telling me that, and would not budge until I showed him a text conversation between me and him that I paid $180. The absolute worst part is that he charged me $250 in the end because "the repair was more complicated than expected" and refused to accept that we negotiated $225. Not only that, but I overheard him talking on the phone mocking me in Spanish that I was lying and he didnt believe that we agreed on $225 as a price. Not only was my experience the worst Ive ever had with a service, but I made sure that my first review on google was to this place so this guy does not scam you. TL:DR: DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE FOR YOUR COMPUTER REPAIR. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

a few weeks ago my son was doing his work on our asus laptop...well he was careless with it and sat it on the floor while he went to the restroom...my baby girl tripped over it and fell on top of the screen and cracked it completely!! I was livid!!...Anyway i drove down cooper to find a place to get the laptop fixed...thats when i ran into Exi computer solutions...They fixed my laptop and had it looking brand spankin new!...This was all completed within 24hrs...If you need your computer repaired, this is definitely the place for you...reasonable prices and they know very well what theyr doing!! My daughters computer crashed. I took it to 2 different places and paid over 100.00 for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and to buy a new computer. I tried EXI on a whim; I had passed it on the way to UTA often. They were awesome. They figured out right away what was wrong and fixed the computer like brand new. I was so happy, I brought in another computer that I had lying around that I had been told could not be repaired. They fixed it in one day. They have a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know to take their computers there.

To the viewers who will read this review! My experience with Exi Computer Solutions was well worth the time and money I spent. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The turn around time it took for my computer to be ready was extremely fast. Rather you have a laptop/desktop or any other device that they may service I suggest you run not walk to this company! I am so glad I found this computer company, everyone has gone out of their way to help me. I will tell anyone about my experience with this company and their Techs. They completely set my newer computer with an updated Windows and then they came to my house to show me how to use my computer. The Tech. (Ethan) was so patient and he explained the things I needed to know. I have nothing but praise for Exi Computer. I am a senior citizen so you can take my word - call Exi Computer Solutions.

I took my laptop in because it would not turn on and I was afraid that my hard drive went down. The guys at Exi did a great job and replaced the motherboard, cleaned my system out and even put new programs on to replace older ones, not to mention save all my data! They were cool and courteous to answer all my computer related questions as well for a good 20 min or so. Great experience!!!

Very poor service. They didnt even check my computer out. And was told that it was 30 diagnostic I asked what they found they said they didnt know . All they could do was deleting my account and makeing another .. which was reseting my computer . Not what I asked for stupid tech. Not recommended at all . Poor service

These guys saved my life! My laptop totally crashed, and they were able to recover all my data, pictures, documents, music, and reinstall Windows. I thought about just buying a new one, but I dont really need to now. They prolly just saved me like $600 bucks! Thanks Ethan and Chris!!!

Service is extremely horrible!!! Our computer has been sitting at there office for 1 year and they still havent called us to tell us the computer is fixed. They dont call back and the front desk people can never give you a straight answer. DO NOT take your computer here!!!!
