I called this place early in the day to see if they provided the service I was looking for and when they did I asked to bring my phone in (at 11:30 am). I dropped my phone off and they said it would be 45 min to 1.5 hours. I said thank you and that I had things to do and would just return when they called me. At 3pm I initiated the call regarding my phone and they said they were going to start working on it and that it would be done by 5:30 pm (already extremely late from the time suggested but again, I work with people so I was understanding). At 5:30 PM they called me saying they were working on my phone and that they closed at 6 PM and to come a few min before 6 pm to come pick it up. I arrived at 550 ready for my phone and the technician brought it out with the screen off and paint peeled completely off asking if this was "ok". At this point, the phone is ruined and I just wanted my phone back and to get out of there. I sat there until 630 PM waiting longer for my phone to be fixed. when they brought it out for me. Now since the paint has been peeled off I have an extremly white bright line that shines when the phone is in use. I have called requesting the manager (John) and spoke with him. He told me he was sorry about the subpar service and that he would talk with his technicians and call me back to fix the issue. he never did, making me have to call him back where he basically told there was nothing he could do except repremand the technicians and that they had been "written up". They were supposed to order me a tempered glass screen to cover the areas they peeled the pain off and that was a week ago.... still no cover, no phone call, no service. The least they could do it fix the screen they broke when replacing my part but no. I told John the manager I didnt wish to write a negative review but these people do NOT care about customer service. I wish I could upload a picture to show you guys what my phone looks like now as well as my phone log to show I had to initiate every single call....I am contemplating paying another company to fix it for me at this point so save yourself the trouble unless all you neeed to is buy a new battery pack.

You are only safe is there is not an issue with their workmanship! I wish I had analyzed the reviews for this place. All the high ratings are people who had no issue after the initial fix. I highly suggest going somewhere with a better work ethic when dealing with defective replacements. Read the bad reviews and see if theres a common link. In this case, they will do good work but if anything goes wrong youre going to have one hell of a headache. I initially went here because a friend of mine said they had done good work. I cracked my Galaxy S5 Active screen and they replaced it. A few weeks later the touch screen began to become unresponsive whenever it gets warm, even while just walking outside in the Texas heat. I took it in and spoke to Jared, told him the issue and what was causing it and how to cause it. He even duplicated it while I was inside the store before I left. Six hours later they called back to tell me that they werent able to duplicate it and they cleaned up some of the settings so I shouldnt have the issue. I told them I would check it out before I left. I walked outside and in under 3 minutes the screen stopped responding. Took it back and they told me I have to come back the next morning because their main Technician wouldnt be in. I live 17 miles away. The next morning I returned to have Jared once again go over everything with me, speaking with a toneless voice likes he hates his job. I go through the entire process. 5 hours later a different person calls me to tell me theyve determined that it is a grounding issue (on my side) and they havent been able to duplicate the issue. The tech guy has no idea what is wrong with it and so, instead of blaming it on a faulty screen replacement combo under warranty, they would rather give me the blame. Also, no one told him how I created the issue and how it constantly happens. I had to reexplain how to create the issue and when it occurs so then he looks into it again. At this point they have now kept my phone for almost two days. After all the testing to tell me nothing was wrong with the phone they finally agreed to replace the screen which will take another day or two.

I just had to stop and take a moment to tell you about my experience today. First I must tell you that Im a Realtor (so my phone is beyond important to my business) and my mother in law passed away last week. I had 16,000 photos on my phone (it wasnt backed up) and it stopped working. I went to AT&T and Apple yesterday evening and no one would help me. I literally cried for about an hour last night because I was so overwhelmed. Today I went into CPR in Lewisville. I had my little girl in tow. I went in there really lacking confidence that anyone could/would help me. AND THEN I MET BILAL. Mr. Bilal immediately gave me overwhelming peace and assured me that they could figure it out. He was such a gentleman and treated me just like family. The Lewisville CPR was not only able to restore my phone into perfect working condition, Bilal restored my faith in humanity. The kindess he showed to my daughter and I was overwhelming. I would have hugged his neck if there wasnt a counter between us. I will tell everyone I know about him and my experience at CPR. I swear, you couldnt have a better person running your store. The way he got involved personally and his professionalism made me think he owned the store. Goodness gracious I just cant say enough about this gentleman. Please tell him Robyn Brandenburg said THANK YOU SO DANG MUCH! He is my hero!!

Would not recommend this place to anyone seeking to have a screen replaced. I took my iPhone 5s in to have the screen replaced a couple months back and everything seemed to be great at first. What I had not planned on was the poor job of sealing the screen back in place. The screen is popping off of the phone to the point where I can see the back lights between the screen and side of the phone. When I tried to push the screen back into place the glass cracked along one side. I brought the phone in to CPR to have them fix it since they have a 6 month warranty but was told that it didnt cover it because of "user error". I expressed my disappointment in this decision to the employee and was told that there is really nothing he could do. He spoke with the manager and I was offered a "deal" to have my phone screen fixed for $80.... I already gave them $100 to fix it the first time and it wasnt done right. Why on Gods green earth would I pay MORE money to have it "fixed" again when the first time it wasnt done properly and I am in the same boat and when I brought it to them 4 months ago.... I am done with this place and their overcharging and under providing. I can assure you, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
