Brought in a laptop with a cracked touchscreen. They gave me a couple of options to repair it. There was a problem when they put it back together and the hard drive didnt work. I wasnt happy as now I thought I would be out money for the screen and now more money for the drive. If I had known there was a chance of it needing more repairs, I would have likely not done any of it on a mid-range laptop and just bought a new one. So, that was an issue. We discussed the issue and they said they should have tested the drive before repairing the screen. But, then they impressed me with giving me an offer of returning the laptop to the original state (broken screen) and only charging me a diagnostic fee. Id be out $30 instead of hundreds. I thought that was reasonable... much more reasonable than paying a couple of hundred dollars to have a new screen on a broken laptop or throwing more money into an old laptop when I could just buy new. But then they really impressed me. Since they said they should have tested the drive before trying the screen repair, they went ahead and gave me a replacement hard drive... at no charge. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their service. There was an issue, and they made it right. Highly recommend.

I wanted a new laptop with Windows7 in a hurry and stopped into PC-Help to see if they could help me. I wanted nothing to do with Windows8 which is on everything the chain stores sell. The guys at PC-Help sold me just what I needed and had it ready for me in no time. No doubt I could have bought it cheaper on Ebay but then I would have had to wait for it to be shipped and would have had to set it up myself. Not being a techie the extra cost for instant gratification and not to have to screw with the set up was well worth it to me. The guys in the store were friendly and responsive to all my questions. If I ever need help with a computer in the future, PC-Help will be my first stop.

I have used PC Help twice now and plan to use them again. Their service is excellent. Informative, friendly and knowledgeable. On my first visit, they found me a replacement graphics card for an older desktop and installed it without a hitch.On the second visit, they got my laptop back up and running after a major BIOS crash. I had been working on it for two weeks and they had it running in two days. Next time I am bringing it to them on day one.Their prices are reasonable and they do not push a lot of extra add-ons that you dont need.. I recommend them without hesitation.

Finally found a place where you can take your laptop and have it worked on with competence. Had a Vista system go bad after an update and took it to Staples for repair. Their solution was for me to purchase windows 7 and have them install it. Was going to cost $350 and no guarantee they could have all my applications working. And it took 2 days for me them to get the estimate to me. The PC Help guys fixed my Vista O/S issue and had my laptop working like new in 30 minutes. And it cost $99.

Fantastic service! I came in with a severely crashing hard drive on my laptop. It was so bad we couldnt get it to back up files. Brian was able to get the files backed up, the email info backed up and after jumping through hoops was finally able to clone a new hard drive and get me back and running without a hitch. All for way under $200. I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a new computer but now were ready to go for several more years. Excellent trustworthy and honest work.

Brian at PC-Help rescued me from a terrible experience at a local, big-box repair facility. He was just terrific and had me back up and running by resolving two separate technology issues. PC Help is awesome! They do what they say and call with updates when they say they will. All business claim to have Friendly Customer Service but PC Help really does. They explain things in plain language instead of computer lingo. I have been using them for years now and every time I have been happy with their service. My computer works better each time I bring it home from either a simple back up to replacing my hard drive on a 10 year old lap top.

I found this group years ago when I had a catastrophic laptop crash. They were able to get me going again in record time. Over the years I have used PC Help and technician Tom to add additional solid state hard drives. resolve malware issues. maintain and tune my computers. Awesome Service, Awesome Price! I took in my laptop that would not turn on. The motherboard was damaged, but the laptop was really too old for repairs to be cost effective. These wonderful people took out my hard drive and made me an external hard drive out of it. I was able to keep all of my pictures and documents, and plug the new device right into my new computer. I will be back anytime I need computer repairs!

I had a custom PC built from scratch, but it was having issues signalling anything to the monitor. Thanks to this wonderful store, the problem was fixed rather quickly! Not to mention, the wires on the inside were tidied up, and made to look perfect. It made me so happy! The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Window 10 auto updated and trashed my email accounts and Outlook. Brian was able to get everything reconfigured and didnt lose any of my data. These folks are professional, and very caring about their work. I had upgraded my gpu on my custom rig, only to discover I now needed to upgrade my power supply. These guys had a nice power supply in stock, and installed it for me in half the time they estimated. Great work, reasonable prices. If you have any PC needs, ask here first.
