The Home Depot on Truse Pkwy is centrally and conveniently located, with easy access from Poplar Ave, Park Ave, White Station Rd and Mt Moriah Rd. (There is even a direct connection with the Eastgate Shopping Center, which can help you to avoid nearby congested areas.) This location offers a wide variety, but can become very hectic on weekends. Staff are friendly; however, the night shift crew do not seem to have anywhere near the knowledge of products as the day shift crew. Propane exchanges are the cheapest in town; however, the automated kiosk has never worked when Ive tried using it, and oftentimes does not actually have any full propane tanks available...so just go ahead and get an employee to accompany you outside when you need propane. The garden center is nicely stocked (during the growing season); and, prices are comparable to other big box stores in the area. This location also rents Penske moving trucks, which are cheaper than U-Haul. Overall, this is a great store. If night shift employees were more knowledgeable I would give 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible. Bought a toilet and paid for the service. Plumber comes to install the toilet and expect a check from me. "Sorry, Home Depot doesnt pay us" Okay? Then why the F were they dispatched and why the F did Home Depot get payment from me for the service? Theyve lost me as a customer and I will no longer support ANY Home Depots due to their utter incompetence with service providers. If I could give negative feedback I would.

What a waste of time! Just spent nearly an hour here to use a company card. They denied us because they didnt know use. Do they know everyone that walks in there? We travel for work. We charge our company card all over the country. This assistant manager was rude as soon as we walked up with our cart. Acting like were gonna steal or something. We were going to spend over a thousand dollars.. why deny our money.

I usually send my crew there. I have been going to this store and the Pro Desk is awful. Rude service and a lady who doesnt know much. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to help me. The other guys were on the phone the whole time. I was not expecting this service since in Atlanta the service is faster.

I dont know whos idea it was in the plumbing department and I went to two Home Depots, but it doesnt make any sense to have the pvc fittings sorted all over the place. 2" needs to be with 2", 2.5" with 2.5" and so on. I used to be able to find what I need, now I have to hunt it down. My time is valuable!

Not bad. Associates knew where to point me and helped me pick out a drill that (mostly) fit my needs. Also, when I needed to do a return on an item with a warranty, they did it with no questions asked and I was very pleased with the transaction.

Extremely unhelpful! Borderline rude, I asked a question about non treated wood and the sizes, he pointed to the sign down the aisle and read it to me. Do not waste time at Home Depot, go to lowes.
