My husband and I along with daughter in law that is an interior designer visited this store to purchase items for the remodeling of two bathrooms. They had what I needed, as well as what I was looking for. The sales specialist that worked with us was Lexie and she was OUTSTANDING. If you are in this store, please look for her. Her position is in flooring, but she is well informed in every area. I cannot express how good this young lady was in assisting us. What is even more amazing, while she was helping us with two baskets load and a pad full of stuff, she was assisting others and you never felt that you were not receiving attention. When I read the other reviews, I was hesitate, but she made visiting this location worth while. There were other sales specialist around and they were ready to assist when she was not there; so I say Thanks Lexie, and Home Depot; for to receive great service today is becoming rare. (Sad but true)

Typically the customer service is fantastic. Previous to this experience I would not spend money with Lowes. No reason really, I just like the Home Depot. this time was different than all others except for one time before. The time before dealt with this same Assistant Manager and her attitude towards customer service. She could care less about helping the customer. This time I asked for Home Depot to match the price the Lowes had going for grass seed. We are talking about an $8 discount. Not $50 Not $100 but $8. Again the same Assistant Manager declined to follow Home Depot policy and match Lowes pricing for the exact item. On top of that, no one knew (cared) on the next time I could see and speak with the Manager. Over all poor customer service and bad experience.

I think my complaints here is only one employee spoke to us and she was handing out coupons at the door for cleaning supplies. I wanted to purchase a refrigerator, waited for 15 minutes for guy to ask if he could help us. He stayed on phone, and tried to avoid eye contact. Needless to say, we bought elsewhere. Store was not well kept. I was very disappointed compared to other Home Depots. Hopefully they change for the better.

Sales manager very knowledgeable about appliances and current promotion to save money. During the purchase process she reviewed detail charges and requirements before purchase. Very proffessional and pleasant to work with. Have not recieved appliances yet so not able to comment on quality and installation.

Ive been standing waiting for assistance at the customer service desk for 15 min. They help every one they knew. Even though no one was in line with me. All veterans avoid the Southaven HD.UNLESS YOU ARE KNOWN TO THE MANAGERS OR STAFF!!#!#

Love lows. Home depot We asked 2 different people for help and they wasnt interested in helping. Left and went to lows in Batesville. The man there helped get everything we needed to fix what we was working on. He was so nice.

Continuous poor customer service and rudeness. Go to the HD in Olive Branch if you have a choice. Its newer, better taken care of, and the employees are a lot nicer.

Only home depot around southaven. They have good selection in stock. Not as organized as Lowes, but cheaper prices.
