After about 3 months of interviewing contractors to finish our basement, we selected Fulford Home Remodeling. The pricing was about in the middle of the various bids we reviewed - the difference was the quality of the materials to be used and the quality of the work to be done. It was easy to evaluate the materials, Trent Ketchum of Fulford walked us through every item to be used in the finish. He selected good quality material and discussed pros and cons of upgrading or downgrading materials to be used, the craftsmanship of that material and the warranty information associated in as much depth as we found necessary. For workmanship, we thoroughly reviewed write-ups in forums such as this, google and then we reached out to previous customers. The quantity of quality reviews and the face to face conversations with previous (and several repeat) customers, synched the deal. They met every expectation we set and I give Fulford Home Remodeling my highest recommendation. Ill have them back for every other project we plan to have done. The professionalism of the entire staff is second to none. You will not find a better team!

I waited until the initial “WOW” factor subsided before writing a review but after a month all I can say is “WOW”. I can’t believe we didn’t do this sooner! We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and I am grateful that I listened to my wife in choosing Fulford. I was hesitant at first but after the initial meeting with Trent I knew this was a professional organization. Even though our kitchen project was small, Fulford treated us no differently than if we had a million dollar kitchen. Our project was important to them and satisfying us was their top priority. They were on time, on cost, on target – no surprises except “WOW” what a beautiful kitchen! We spend most of our day admiring it. Thank you Trent, Larry, and especially Matt. We recently had a sunroom added to our home. After looking at and meeting with various contractors we chose Fulford Remodeling because we felt Trent was the most upfront with us and they designed our sunroom and all its extras for an affordable price. It is by far our new favorite room in the house. Fulford remodeling was fantastic to work with, not only were we comfortable with Trent but it was a pleasure to see James every morning - he made a 6 week process of construction noise a nice experience. Deadlines were met, communication was good, there was never any mess at the end of the day, and the entire process made things easy and low stress. We will absolutely use them for our next home remodeling project.

We are completely satisfied with the projects that Fulford Home Remodeling has done for us. We had a sunroom built onto our home including increasing the heating and cooling units. We had the kitchen remodeled and bathrooms updated. In each project, John Snappet worked with us to carefully design the project to meet our "dreams and budget." I really enjoyed working with FHR on our small master bathroom. Trent had great ideas to improve functionality based on his experience and training and he had wonderful design ideas too. Matt our lead carpenter was a blast to work with each day--friendly, funny, and professional. Ive hired Fulford to finish my basement and, most recently, to replace my deck. They tore down my old cedar deck and replaced it with an Azek deck with a pergola. They were nothing but professional and courteous. The deck is beautiful and perfectly constructed. I would recommend them to anyone!

They said they do not do home renovations unless the house is built in 1950 or newer. Wow...that really limits your market. I guess Im glad that they didnt attempt to take on a project that they might not be qualified to take on.
