Sometimes hard to find an employee to help with questions. They carry Royal Oak lump charcoal for my Big Green Egg and it is quite inexpensive. UPDATE: This pace is terrible. Help is impossible to find. Even when you call, expect to stay on hold until your ears bleed.

Lowes gets a 2. In general, I rate these big box building supply stores on customer service. I despise places where employees chit chat while you wait for their attention. Although they have exceptional employees there are some that make me hate shopping there.
