Watch out will cheat you on prices will stock item on shevles all marked same price then when you get to check out its a higher price than what all items are marked isnt it store policy that when you mess up with stocking the wrong items on the wrong shelf or putting the wrong price tag you have to give them that price it was marked it was the stores mistake not the customers not this menards the manager didnt follow store policy

I can never find someone to help me while Im in the store unless I go to a checkout isle where I know someone is there. Dont bother calling in to save you the trip, youll be on hold forever; Ive waited over 30 min. multiple times.

the employees know next to nothing...and dont even try to call to see if a product is available, they wont answer the phone no matter which department you choose from the automated menu....Ill find another store.

Their layout was okay and staffing was adequate. Check out was not undermanned like many of this department store chain but no one seemed eager to help either (though in my case thats a plus).

The special order / receiving person (James Buss ) very rude, arguing with both customer and truck drivers, he makes sure people will not be return customers

Helpful staff sometimes. Check out lanes are designed weird. Great prices on the clearance items. Very clean bathrooms.
