HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!!!! I called and set up a full service grooming for my dog 3 days in advance. When I came in on my scheduled appointment time, all the groomers looked dumb founded, stressed out, and miserable. They said they knew nothing about my appointment. When I began giving them my information and time I was given to come, I was rudely interrupted and told, "Whoa, dont get all upset. Just calm down!" by a groomer, April. The groomer who I had been scheduled with, Brenda, looked miserable and said she was too busy and didnt want to "do" anymore dogs. By far the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever had at a groomers! Even my dog knew she wasnt wanted there and was LITERALLY scratching at the door to leave! It was HEARTBREAKING AND TERRIBLE!!!!!

The Gamers

this place is awful. So i went to go get some lizard food and sand for my lizards and the lady yelled at me for touching the stuff? The next time we went there was a huge thing of kitty litter to take for 5$ so i decided to scoop some out but of course the lady said get your dirt hands out there in a loud voice. then the time after that we decided to go and the lady said i should be sent to military school to my face. So then we contacted the manager robert and he was nice and gave us a 20$ gift card. like any other people would we went to use it but lauren said you cant use it hes not hear in a rude voice then we asked for other options and she was rude so we walked out. So the store is a disaster i wouldnt recommend going

I was shopping for a harness for one of my puppies with my boyfriend and we were approached by a lady who told us about a "puppy package" and tried to sell us on it. We said wed think about it and she came back about 5 minutes later and asked us what we feed our puppies.. And my boyfriend told her puppy chow and she rolled her eyes and made a noise and said "thats a HORRIBLE food for a dog" and stomped away without a single word. It was basically in a tone of us not knowing anything about our own dogs. Not trying to help us find something heathy but just being So rude.. Im not listening to a rude woman with a mustache. They will most certainly NOT be getting my business anymore.

This Petco is a wonderful store, I purchased my Chilean Rose Tarantula from here. I loved the set up of the store, and the wide variety of items. I own a cat and three ferrets as well, and it has everything your pet needs. My only concern is that my Tarantula was gravid (pregnant), and eight days after I brought her home she laid eggs. I wasnt aware of this being a possibility from captive bred Tarantulas, and I have no information on their care and what to do exactly with the spiderlings if Im successful. It was a pleasant surprise, just a little overwhelming.

Laundry Queen

First of all, if you arrived for a groom on a Saturday, they probably were indeed exhausted, lost appointment or not. This Petco hosts an animal rescue adoption event almost every Saturday, and most of those dogs go from their crates outside straight into grooming as walk-ins, so theyre slammed. Ive never had any problems with the staff at this store, one associate Ms. "M", in particular is very friendly, always remembers us and our dogs. Everyone Ive met there is very friendly and helpful.

I LOVE this pet store. My doggie sure does too! They have a great selection of products and the store is always so clean. We make a visit at least one or two times a week. My little furry girl loves to pick out her own toys and i love that they are high quality and affordable. The petpal rewards program is awesome too. They have a lots of benefits for pals members and also helps me save some money. We cant get enough of this store!

Been bringing Bruce to this petco since he was 8 weeks old, the staff here pretty much are his second fam and watched him grow up over the last year. Everytime we come in were always greeted by name and Bruce makes his round all over the store to say his hellos. Always helpful and awesome. Thanks guys!

Customer service need serious improvement! Every time weve gone, weve been ignored by people behind the desk and have only seen smiles when they are telling us we cant be seen!!! Our pets are our children and when taken for medical issues, employees need to be mindful if this!

Ashley in grooming is awesome. She takes the time to make my dog feel comfortable and safe before grooming. The store staff is always friendly also. I love that they have adoptions every Saturday.

Great pet store and very knowledgeable staff. My cat needed a flea collar and they recommended a great one and scanned a coupon for $10 off that I didnt know about. :-)
