The service was absolutely terrible. I went in to return my sick guinea pig under a policy in which I could return her within the first 14 days, she would be treated, and if she recovered I could repurchase her. So thats what we intended to do. It took us 15 minutes to find someone who could help us, and even then, they had no idea about the policy. I showed them where it was printed on the paperwork for my guinea pig and they still were not sure of what to do. They were not helpful at all, and couldnt even answer the simplest of questions. I will definitely not be shopping here in the future. Go to the Petco on Sayebrook for much better service.

Love the store and Banfield Vets the groomers is totally different. The 3 out of 4 of the last visits our girl got a skin infection after conferring with the Vets assistant we decided to find a different groomer. We also watched one of the girls (heavy set no glasses) brutally brush a large dog. Then when the dog reacted she tied it so tight that the dog was choking and falling off the table trying to get away from her. No response from the other four groomers in the room. We called and spoke to someone who didnt give a name.

I have been a frequent patron of Petsmart and their grooming salon. I think their prices are reasonable and their staff friendly. However, I was disappointed yesterday after driving 20+ miles to find out they wouldnt trim my dogs nails because they couldnt locate her shot record. I understand the rules and have no issue with that. My issue is that they lost the record in the first place. If using their groomers, make sure you have your pets records with you each time you visit or you could be wasting a trip.

My dogs vet is located inside this store. I love how I can bring my dog in the store to pick out his own toys and treats. The staff is friendly. There is a great selection of just about anything youll need for your pet. There is even a discount bin with toys in it for a dollar or less. Some of my dogs favorite toys came from this store.

I love petsmart and have never had a problem with them personally. However, everytime I go I notice the cat cages are dirty. The litter boxes are disgusting and that breaks my heart. Its sad enough that they dont have a home but yet have to live in a tiny little cage that has poop and pee everywhere.

Pet smart has it all...grooming, training of pets, veterinarian care for animals, pet food and accessories. It is a "Pet friendly place. The staff are nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds are kept very clean. The prices vary and can match any budget.

We were a pain in the ass. We bought a large aquarium and then returned said aquarium and bought a huge aquarium. Everybody was very nice and helpful. They definitely earned our future business.
