Extrememly disappointed with this business. I made sure to warn all my friends NOT to use this place as they are dis-honest and refuse to stick to a deal. Had a girlfriend of mine helping me and we first went up there to look... asked if we would get a trade in cost for my previous washer and was told absolutely! We then had to go get her husbands truck, returned at the time we were told to return, only to be told we couldnt pick up because the guys werent there. We waited around and luckily they showed up, but not for us. They didnt care that they didnt stick to their schedule with us as agreed... and then refused to pay anything for my old washer that mind you was 1 year old and a very expensive washer at that- it just didnt do well in storage. We didnt have room to take both washers back so still ended up GIVING them my washer. Then the washer I bought started giving issues within 2 months... within the warranty time, and got no help from them what so ever. Excuse after excuse that they couldnt come out... for a month.. then oh look, Out of warranty now and not their problem. Billy Beard- You commented that you/they go out of your way for people taking that extra mile- this is a lie from my experience. Two ladies show up at your place, and you took advantage, and not wanting to be "ugly" did not let anger guide us. But now Yes, I will post this in hopes that others will know this is not a business to deal with as it will cost you more money in the long run. Does not even deserve one star- except that it states- Hated it. Try being an honest business, and stick to agreements and warranties.

So I was moving and on a budget and needed to buy a washer and dryer so I figured I tried some used ones. I went in this place and they had a fairly large selection which was nice and they were in my preice range and THEY DELIVERED plus they would hook it up and get it working for you AND you get a 90 day warranty, so if anything goes wrong with it they will come out and fix it. So I figured I scored. Well when they delivered it they decided to drop it on the back/basement stoop and they werent going to bother to hook it up, they just left. My boyfriend was standing there and said, "Yall dont run off you agreed to hook this up for her." The man replied, "We got to go," and they took off. Then I get it hooked up and my washer is leaking. When I called to report the problem I talked to some girl that sounded like she was all methed out or something...she was horrible. They refused to call me back and/or address the problem or fix the issue. Awesome company right here...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM them...its totally worth spending another $100 to get something that works.

This is the worst people you will deal with,went to their place and found a stove and paid $40 down and they agreed to get rest in the afternoon when they delivery ,after 7 days of calling asking about the stove ,they told me it was sold to someone else (don’t know how and why),I said, whatever ,thank god ,I didnt buy any thing from them ,if this is the way they run their business ,now after 2 month of asking about my $40 , calling and going to their place (NO MONEY),by the way the person he wrote the review (Billy Beard) ,saying (Always going that extra mile to help) he is one of the owners(reviews for customers not for owners. be aware ,they sell used appliance,dont trust them. DONT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM.

DO NOT buy from this small business. I bought a washer from them under the pretense that they would have fast and friendly service repairs available for the life of the washer. Not a warranty- but a knowledgeable repair service. My washer broke after 2 months of use and I could not get an employee on the phone to schedule a repair. Month three, a repair man visits only to order a part, charge me in advance, and make me wait two more weeks for repairs. After continous calls and leaving messages, the repairman returns to place the part on my machine. It is still broken because he did not repair it properly: and no one will return my call or schedule a visit to complete the repair.

Buying anything from these people is the worst mistake you can make, you might as well just throw your money in the trash!!! my washer and dryer have never worked properly since i bought them, they have come to "fix" them 3 times and theres something wrong again. The second time they broke, the owner told me that he had been in the business for 20yrs and that since i had problems from the start he would extend the warranty. Well, now when i call, the guy that answers the phone hangs up on me, the the owner is nowhere to be found. These guys should be ashamed of themselves they are just stealing money from families like mine, who are in a budget.

I went here looking for a washer. The prices seemed reasonable. They told me they give the Standard 30 day guarantee. I got to the delivery part. The guy said delivery starts at $50. I only love 2.6 miles from them. He said if they had to go up step4it would be more. Then he told me they would charge me to haul my old,washer off. Id heard enough. I left, went down the road, found a place with a better warranty, free delivery and hauled my old washer off for free. After reading these reviews I can definitely say Im thankful I dodged that bullet!!!

They are crooks !!!!! Guy came out and was said he would make a deal for my mom to fix her ice maker for 43.00 and then took a picture of her credit card front and back and then charged the 43.00 and also charged the card for another 243.00 . And we were highly mad, so Im being the son I spoke to him and he gave me a spill of it was a accident and he would take it off. And he has yet to take it off or call the credit card company. So credit card company is investigating. So watch out people they are SCAMS!!!!

The WORST company to work with EVER!!! We PAID them to fix our washer. Saying they would be back the next morning! That was OVER a month ago. NOW the part they were "replacing" burst and our house is flooded. I called the "office assistant" she told me she did not want to hear what I had to say. She would have the owner call... but hung up without taking my phone number. Now will not answer the phone. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

They have a great selection of appliances. I needed a washer. Was able to get a Maytag for $150. It is working great. The delivery was a little complicated since my neighborhood is new and not on Google or Bing... We were able to meet away from the house and they followed me in. For the price point, this was a great experience.
