Every excuse under the sun, except the truth. They couldnt even muster up the motivation to pretend to care. This was a great experience gone terribly wrong. The person I initially spoke to kept forgetting to do very simple things; things that any good business person recognizes is a behavior that supports their business. There was no follow-up and chronic finger pointing. Im not even sure who is in charge there. I told them I had the money ready and it took them a whole day to give me the address. After delivery (in which the same guy broke the door to my w/d closet [ yes, you did because I was staring straight at you]) they realized the dryer had the wrong plug type. I was told "This happens all the time, Ill fix it. I would now but... Ill bring it tomorrow." 3 "tomorrows" and more excuses than I care to recount later, A guy brings the cord 4 hours late... But doesnt install it, citing that he was simply doing the other store a favor and it was them that were the lazy ones (irony). I called the original contact, Chris, to voice my concerns and to get someone out here to fulfill AAAs warranty promise only to be met with more "I dont know" and "I tried to call" BS. As a small business owner, I am ashamed to be considered economically analogous to AAA Appliance. They are an embarrassment to honest, hard working business people who set forth warranties and actually stand behind them. I will never do business with AAA or anyone associated with them. The fact that Google groups poor and fair in the same box is an overstatement for AAA. Their service could easily be outmatched by an overnight budget gas station attendant with the IQ of a slug. Dont let the price fool you, they are not worth it and I have $300 worth of useless dryer to prove it. Find another local refurbished appliance vendor.

i wish i didnt have to give this business, if you can call it that, one star. its undeserved. the owner gave me the runaround about returning $125 cash i paid for a dishwasher which never left the store in my possession. i fixed my own dishwasher and returned in three days for my money back and the owner told me he didnt have the money and Id have to return in a week. His daughter told me he took a four day trip, i consider his trip was on my dime. I told her holding my money and not returning it immediately was stealing. When i did return, he paid me $100 and said that was all he had and told his daughter i was the one that called her a thief. She jumped up yelling and told him to take the money back and give me store credit. She told me i was no christian lady. Really? Her dad watched her tirade amused and the male employees stood behind them like henchmen. I intend to file a report with the better business bureau and tell of my bad experience with this shady, bullyish business to the local newspapers, give them a bad review on yahoo and google, ect. They have no shame and no conscious and give small business owners a bad name in zephyrhills. Hopefully, If they dont get any customers, nobody will be taken advantage of or disrespected and theyll file bankruptcy. it would be true justice.

I drove by on a Sunday and saw the door open, I didnt know they were closed. I was greeted by the owner Tom and he was very nice and invited me in. After a long casual conversation and being interrupted by a phone call while the shop was "closed" where he managed to sell a refrigerator while I waited, I decided to buy a used dryer. He asked me to call the next day when they were open. I called and his wife answered and knew exactly what I wanted. She arranged for my dryer to be delivered within 2 hours. Two guys showed up on time and delivered my dryer to my 3rd floor apartment and installed it within minutes even though I had returned a brand new dryer from HH Gregg because they told me it would not fit. I have only had the dryer for a short while but it is working perfectly and I am very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend this shop after problems with a new store bought dryer and much apprehension about buying a used appliance. So far, it has been a very positive experience!

Cranky old guy comes out and WHINES about everything. He pulls into the driveway and turns around. About 2 minutes later I get a call that he cant find the address. So not so sharp, but no big deal, I just want my dryer working again. Due to my own stupidity it end up the breaker had tripped. BUT when I reset it he couldnt even read his meter enough to see that it was working. He tells me it still isnt working. But when I plug in the dryer, guess what? It works fine. So I am out $35 for not checking the breaker, thats life. Good for him right? I have two $20s and ask him if he has $5. He grumpily says NO. So I write him a check for $35, and he WHINES that the banks will be closed and he wont be able to get the cash for it until Tuesday morning. Seriously, what is he a pan handler or is he running a business? I like shopping local and giving the small shop owners my money over the big chains, but this guy takes the cake. My advice? Stay away, I know I will.

I needed to have a fridge replaced by my landlord Louie Stine which works for Abby and the Rain Tree Apts in Zephyrhills, Fl. Louie contacted AAA Apliance to look into what was the problem with the current one I had. Turned out to be the condencer and needed to be replaced. Upon delivering the replacement unt the unit brough to my house was infested with german roaches. I immediately took the unit out of my house and contacted all parties to notify them of the problem. AAA Appliance cane out a second time to replace the bug infested unit with another but turned to be another used unit just sprayed out with bleach and water with roach crap still in the fidge and freezer compartment. Once again the unit was removed from the house. I DO NOT RECOMMEND conducting business with such a company that would allow your home to become INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND INSECTS................................

I will not have these rude people come to my home! I called to get an estimate and was told they would be out sometime tomorrow if they could. I told them I didnt have all day to wait around they would need to narrow down and time. The man placed me on hold ( or so he thought) when I heard him tell another employee that I was demanding a time frame and refusing to give him the address or phone number ( which was a lie I had already given it to him). He then says to the other employee " this is a BS call" When he came back to the phone I called him out on his rude statements and he hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to the owner, at which time i was told he was the owner and didnt need my business. Then hung up on me a second time. So I wont give him mine nor should you give them yours!
