I was referred to Expert Appliance Solutions by a family member of mine when my washer broke. Dave was the name of the man that came out and did work on the washer for me. He was very kind and I believe that he tried to fix the washer to the best of his ability but he was unable to. He told me on the last day that he was here that there wasnt anything else he could do that wouldnt cost more than the worth of the washer at this point and said he was going to refund my money except for the service fee to come out and see the washer the first time. The refund was supposed to be about 100$. It has been four months and I have still not received any sort of refund. Myself and my boyfriend have both contacted the company and Dave himself in regards to this and nothing has been resolved. For that reason I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Arranged an appointment for repair of my dryer. The tech came on time & looked my dryer over. Believed the problem may have been the position on my dryer against a wall. He moved the dryer, left a magnet with his number to call back if there were issues. After a few weeks (of course not using the dryer daily) the dryer was still not drying well-Changing position did not make any difference. I called on a Monday & left a message. Called on Tuesday, left a message & he called back. We arranged an appt for Saturday morning between 8am-9am & he said he would call when on the way. By noon he had not called or showed. I called & left a message that has yet to be returned now 5 days later.

After working 3 hrs on a beautiful Sunday in February (60+ degrees) on my front load washer, changing the boot seal, I called a service tech I know who recommended Dave Gilchrist. I called Monday morning around 8:30. Fifteen minutes later I received a return call. He showed up on time to my house, expertly dis-assembled what needed, installed the boot, problem solved. Great service, professional, neat, prompt, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend E.A.S. to anyone. Remember Good Service isnt cheap, Cheap Service isnt good! Randy Esser
