Ive spent the last month trying to get my appliances set. After four trips (an hour and 17 round trip, with zero traffic), 28 days, and the first payment on my Best Buy credit card being due, its finally done. As a foreword, in the past month Ive spent $8,426.33 at this store. This simple bundle purchase was a huge mistake, and I hope you take my recommendation to just turn around now. If you want my experience, keep reading. I cant tell if the store has "good intentions" or if they just say what they need to for the sale to go through. I started out very optimistic, and everything sounded great. I closed on my house, and came right to Best Buy. We arrived before noon, and left after 1600. Four hours in the store on trip 1. TV, mount, cabling, washer, drier, refrigerator, stove, stove, over the head range, and dishwasher. In the subsequent visits I purchased several CDs, Seasons of TV shows, 4k movies, another TV mount, sound bar, so on and so forth. The four hours there were supposed to 100% take care of everything. The store didnt have most of the bundle, so Lamar showed me the refrigerator and stove online. Do not believe what they show you. The refrigerator they showed me was MUCH different from what showed up, as was the stove. The remote for the TV that is the "right remote" is not. I now get to turn my TV on by unplugging and plugging it back in, as the remote wont turn it on. This also scared me into buying the warranty. (Four people in person told me they will find it and follow up. Nope.) He had an issue part way through, and started over. So after four hours, we were 100% set. All done. Everythings good. Yelp isnt going to let me type out the hell that was this process, so let me bullet point for you. -They wont send everything you paid for. Never got my drier kit. The install people used stuff left over from other things, and it didnt fit- so a trip to Walmart was needed, and installation was finished myself. -They may fix price issues by adjusting the price on extras. The TV mount that they wouldnt put up was price adjusted so they could sell a package but not do it as a package. This out of return period item is where a lot of my "savings" went. Lets see how much I get back on Craigslist. -The installers were extremely rude over the phone. No way to give feedback. -The drier was damaged between the store and my home. I did not buy this with these scratches down the side. No way to report this. -I was told Id receive a call from their corporate office in 24 hours. At 48 hours I followed up. 24 hours again. I received first contact TEN DAYS LATER. This started out very nicely and cordially, but very quickly became a cluster whoops. A massive cluster whoops. Because of these issues, the customer service person who is tending to this 10 days later, is graciously getting me the right remote. Fifth time Ive heard this, so enthusiasm is rather curbed. And that remote will DEFINITELY correct the litany of issues Ive had. For the sake of your sanity, do not fall for their bundle. It isnt worth the agony. Regardless of the deal, they wont see a penny more from me.

Very poor service at this location. Decided to pick up a laptop and took about 20 minutes for someone to help us (after we told them we wanted to purchase the device, which was after spending about 30 minutes in the department without help). Ill also note that many of the QR codes on the tags didnt work. The display model was the last at the store, so when the employee finally showed up, he set off the alarm on the device, and then told me that Greek Squad had to install an OEM image before the laptop could leave the store. The Greek Squad desk was very busy, and the wait was anywhere between hours to days. So after a very long wait, and paying for the device, I have to wait longer even though Im going to perform a clean install when I get the device anyways. Update: So it has been a couple of days, and no call from Best Buy. I called them and asked why it was taking so long. They said that the GeedSquad was done with the device, and was ready to pick up. However, they had never previously called to tell me about this. So after picking up the laptop and poking around, it appears that GeekSquad did hardly anything to the device. All they did was erase the account I created in the store, and made a new account called Owner (which isnt my preferred account name). They did not perform a clean install, and all previously installed programs and settings were the same as in-store. Someone could have easily installed a virus in store, and it would have still been there when I finally got the product in my hands. The service is absolutely terrible here.

This is probably the worst best buy in this country.. they never carry good products or i should say popular products... for even a ipad i had to order it here and pick it up in Canton.. The staff is very poorly trained and have no clue about the products nor the functionality. Forget the products they dont know how their own system works. The information they give about a product can be found anywhere online .. people go to bestbuy expecting the staff here to have better knowledge. All they do is bother you asking " is there anything i can help you with"... but when you ask them they dont know nothing about it.. the interesting fact is their own reward zone system and best buy in stor system is not connected.. they have no clue on how to find a reward zone member number using name or phone number.. if you go in to buy a headphone and you have questions my suggestion is 1. either get to know the product before hand 2. or get ready to spend half of your day in the store.. Not Best Buy this is Worst Buy...

Ive always had people come up to me if I looked like I needed help - i.g. looking through products in noticeable locations. The last time I went I actually had 3 different workers help me whenever I needed it. Finally my dad and I sat down after product selections and he patiently wrote out, calculated prices, and willingly compared laptops to see which would be a better deal including added software and programs. Although I asked him if he could do so, he did it without complaint and hinted at none. I believe his name was Jon; very patient, very accurate. Gave us full details and even recommended the best option and his personal opinion. They are willing to help as much as possible, you just cant be timid when trying to ask for help if they do not notice you off-the-bat.

I took some pictures of future purchase in Elyria Bestbuy location two days ago, went today trying to buy two 4k dvds, showed them the price of one in their own internet site and one picture from 2 days ago with the same dvd in the same aisle in the same store, but they cant adjust nor price match their own price 2 days ago and what currently states in the bestbuy ad..WTF??? 7 weeks ago I picked up my 55" 4kuhd in Avon location, that day floor price $599 and the internet $479..Sold No Problem!!! Elyria Associates must have made up a different policy on their own. I will take my bussiness someplace else and stir friends and ppl away from this Location period. Im taking this to the highest management level because its simply ridiculous and does not make any logical sense.
