If I could rate this less than one star I would. Was in the store the other day, behind a man buying a snow blower. Not sure what happened between the customer and the employee, but the employee who was a young heavy set Puerto Rican girl started yelling at the customer, was ready to physically hit the customer who was a man, had to be restrained by another employee. This customer threatened to slice the mans throat with a gift (?) card! What in the hell?? Unfortunately had to go back in the store today to return something and the same employee who had threatened to kill the customer was working. How can a company allow that person to continue to work there?

I always dread having to go here. Everywhere else was sold out of air conditioners because of the heat wave. I came here with low expectations and walked out with lesser expectations then when I walked in. Employees never are around to help and when you do find one and ask for help they never know how to answer the question. There is just basically zero customer service much like a free for all. I will only go to home depot when I need to and thats it.

Worst Home Depot in Ohio. Bad service and even worse help related to whatever projects you are currently working on. Drive 15 minutes and go to the closest nearest one (or even better a completely different store). I always go out of my way to avoid this store and never recommend it. If you love bad service and waiting for extended periods of time then this store is for you.

Home Depot does not care about customer anymore. They have good pricing but service lacks it seems as though they cant keep decent help as long as their stock rides higher that is what is important and until that changes they wont change we need more competition

Employees always very kind and helpful. If you need paint look out for Nadine she is the most helpful and kind woman youll ever meet. The store is also well stocked all the time.

Poor, asked for a piece of 2 x 4 to be ripped to a 18" , and it was cut 17- 7/8". Time for lessons on witch side of line they are to cut. Sad!!

Store was clean employees very helpful. Layout is kinda odd but all in all as good as it gets for a home deppt.
