Same thing happened to me. I called up and the 1st guy on the phone told me my part was NOT at the location, even though they said it would be coming from 30 minutes up the road. SO...I asked the guy to put me through to Steve, I WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES ON HOLD. Steve is the one who actually took my order a few day prior. Steve took the time to locate my part...IT WAS THERE, so I went and picked it up. Sometimes it only takes 1 screwed up employee to not give a damn and mess up the whole company name. Good job Steve.

These guys are damm good at what they do they know their products and most of the time if u explain prob they can give u the correct part to your repair needs saving you money and keep u from getting the wrong part to your solution and they are local so 9out of 10 times the parts are in stock so there are no extra shipping fees on parts that are in stock I would highly recommend them for parts :-)

Perfect place to pickup parts for major appliances (and maybe smaller, too--I havent had the need for that yet). 2nd visit and Steve was really helpful helping me to find a new glass shelf for my Frigidaire, and much cheaper than other places online. Since Id rather shop locally I was very happy with the service, price and ease of getting to this store.

I had searched all over town for a specific part. the grounding strap that I needed moving my range that from a 4 prong to a 3 prong cord previous installer neglected to give it back to me. The parts manager was able to provide me the correct part a relative model. Worked like a charm very knowledgeable friendly staff

I ordered a part 2 days in advance that WAS IN STOCK. The part was coming from Spartanburg SC to Greenville SC...a 30 minute ride....2 days later, still no part? I had to give it 1 star because google made me. I guess they will just say that I am full of it...lol. Good defence...lol.

when you purchase a part from this store make sure that they explained the return policy for you and read the signs inside the store because return policy on paperwork does not match the return policy of the front desk person.
