DO NOT USE QUA Appliances: We bought a washer and after 6 weeks it broke flooded my laundry room ruined all kinds of clothes and when I called the lady argued with me bc she wanted to charge me $65 for a service call. I just had a baby and was in hospital for two weeks so the washer was barely used. Finally she agreed to send someone as a "curtesy". The guy comes doesnt pull the washer out or nothing runs a towel through the was, floods my laundry room again and dont even tell me. Then proceeds to tell me it has a cracked pump and needs a timer. Im pretty sure they already knew it was broke since he didnt no real checking. Afterwards she claims she would make it right and here we are a week later no washer three kids and when I call she says they are waiting on a shipment when I ride by all the time and see washers out there. I proceed to tell her this is ridiculous and she says shes not giving me a washer and hangs up. Not a Christian business as they claim and do bad business.

Bought a washer/dryer. The dryer lasted 45 days, 15 days past warranty. I buy another dryer, wait 3 days (three appointments) and get a dryer with no lint trap. They are going to order one and overnight it to me, that was a week ago. I was calling every other day to say l havent received my part yet, so they BLOCK my number.? Nice business ya got there lol. My attorney will send you a letter.
