Update 2: Im so over dealing with this store. Weve spent the last few weeks trying to get them to repair the damage they did when they delivered our fridge. Finally had a day that a repairman is supposed to be here and little to no contact or information ... wasting the whole day waiting for them. Will not ever purchase from this store again. Update: I am changing my rating from two stars to four because Sears Outlet has worked with us very well and with professionalism to correct the issues that their delivery team left. The delivery team itself definitely has room for improvement and and possibly the scheduling of deliveries could be re-examined. All in all, I am pleased with the outcome. At this point, we are on the third day of waiting for our delivery. The first day the truck broke down. Understandable. The second day, they were not prepared to remove the fridge doors to fit through our standard sized door ... and they scratched my floor terribly because they just slid the current fridge across the floor, didnt move it out on a dolly, which of course had to be moved back in when they said they couldnt move the fridge in ... and they pushed the fridge against my stair railings and have loosened them to the point they will have to be repaired. Phone calls later and we were rescheduled for another delivery date, with assurance that every thing would be taken car of. Day three. Absolutely no communication from the delivery team. Even Tammy could not get in touch with them. It is after 8 pm. I doubt we will get a deliver today. Guess we are now looking at day four of rearranging our schedules in hopes of a delivery of a fridge that we paid for ten days ago. Edited to add: got the call at about 8:20 that delivery was ten minutes out. It is now 10:10 pm and they are still trying to get doors back on ... evidently theyve lost a screw or a ground wire or something. My food has been sitting out for two hours. They said they still have one more delivery to do ... They seem like nice enough young men. Have been pleasant and have tried to work hard at getting things in. So who holds the responsibility here ... is Sears just completely over booking them?

I purchased a dishwasher online through you Sears Outlet webpage and paid for delivery. I chatted online with one of a representative and asked if installation was included in the delivery. They stated it was. I contacted Sears delivery services on Monday to arrange a time for delivery and installation. It was set up for the next day. However due to your truck breaking down I was contacted by Sears and asked to rescheduled for the next day between 9:00 and 12:00 am. I said that was fine as long as they could have it completely installed before 11:30 as my wife would have to leave to pick up my daughter from preschool. I was then informed that installation was not included and that this was a drop off only and that installation would cost an additional $135 dollars. This was compete contrary to what I was told online and is a classic bait and switch which is illegal. I tried to resolve this with a representative on the phone and it was clear she did not have the authority to do so. As a result I asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated she would have someone call me immediately. I have not heard from anyone despite calling your representative back three times and leaving messages with each call. I then emailed Sears and I did receive a response. The representative state that despite what I was told they would not cover the installation and there was no one further I could talk to. Knowing that this individual was not the top of the organization chart and that she had a supervisor I again asked for their information and was again denied. Needless to say my frustration with Sears and its TERRIBLE customer service is extremely high. They have been unethical and dishonest with everyone I interacted with. They may offer good deals but once they have your money they will not keep their word.

My wife and I went into the Woodruff Rd location on 1/1/2015 at about 6pm. We were looking for a dishwasher, and found one that we wanted to buy. However, we couldnt find a single associate on the sales floor. We had to walk into the managers office to get any service at all. Once I had help, and I was making my purchase, I was assured that all of the parts necessary for installation were included, even though it was an open box purchase. I was also hounded to almost the point of harassment about buying an extended warranty. Skip forward to the following day, and after two trips to Lowes, I still cant get the drain hose hooked up. After finally figuring out that I was in fact missing a drain hose that was supposed to be included, I called the store, explained the situation, and after being transferred 3 times, I was informed that they had my missing hose, and they would have it waiting up front with my name on it, like they were doing me a favor. Then, once I drive all the way across town in the pouring rain, I walk into the store once more, to have them hand me the hose without so much as a "Sorry for the inconvenience" or "have a nice day" or anything at all. They silently handed me the hose and watched me walk out.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Two words - STAY AWAY. I purchased a refrigerator that was delivered and did not work. They came and picked it back up and I have been waiting on a full refund ever since. Ive called numerous times- now their store landline is disconnected. My husband went to the store, the manager said the refund is processed through another Sears company. I was given two different customer service numbers who now say that they are not responsible for my refund but the store is. Youre NOT getting a deal - terrible products, terrible customer service. I dont know how in the world these people are still in business! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I am prepared to take legal action, if need be. STAY AWAY.

Consumer warning!!!! Wow talk about overpriced!! Asking $3800 for a refrigerator without any bells and whistles then marking it down "45%" thats insane! You can get way better deals at Home Depot.
