Bought a dishwasher that had problems since day 1. 2 months after purchase, they came out to repair the problem and it still did not work. Five more weeks go by and they finally agree to trade out for one that works. They tell me they will "put one together for you some time next week". Two more months go by and they mistakedly call me (thinking I was another customer) and tell me they have a nice one in stock. I call back, identify myself and they tell me the dishwasher has been sold. I kindly ask for my money back, they refuse and tell me it is against their policy. Fast forward six more weeks; I am desperate for some type of compensation. I tell them I will take a wash machine. I am now the proud owner of a low end wash machine that looks like it is 20 years old. Oh, I almost forgot, it was an extra $50.00...

Real nice when selling bought washer notice my floor was getting wet. Thought maybe was water pipe had plumber to check water pipes he said it was washer leaking an had been leaking long time. Ruined my floor have had washer less than 2 an half months called them told them the finally called back said guarantee was ran out about 2 weeks. Washer been leaking since bought it ....I tried to tell them. Said they could give me number of a repair man. But I would have to pay for it .....I paid 175 for a washer that ruined my floor....I would not buy nothing from them ago an wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from them

Great selection of used appliances; some even look almost new. Weve purchased a stove and sink here and are very pleased. As for the warranty, other reviewers have complained, but honestly its a bonus that you get any warranty at all. These prices are as good as craigslist, and with craigslist you could find out five minutes after you bought an item that it didnt work or was damaged, and youd never receive any compensation whatsoever.

they would not refund our purchase when we discovered 5 min after paying a large scratch under the soap that was being used to clean it. very much concerned with the money in their pocket and not with customer satisfaction or a fair transaction.
