I want to give a zero for my experience today. The cashier asked me to push my grocery basket back to have space for the person before me and believe me the basket is on the extreme edge of the belt and the person before me has ton of space to put stuff. I am fine with it. I can understand that they are extremely cautious about the customer experience to the person before me. So acceptable. But, when its my turn to bill, he billed and just left. when I am putting the milk can i bought in the plastic bag (which I did on my own) and he asked whether something is wrong. Really!! I am putting the groceries I just bought in a bag to carry because no one else did and how else I can carry them. I am a frequent visitor to this store for daily needs and not any more now.

if your measure of a grocery store is a place where you have to verbally acknowledge every single employee in the place, then you may like this place. if you are there to buy produce, then you would be better off at ANY other store in the area including walmart. if you are looking for something fresh out of their bakery area before noon, you have wasted your time. most things in their deli are pre-packaged, high fat, low quality buckets of gup you would expect to find at a homeless shelter. the store in general is a flufly, bright, imitation of a high end grocery store that falls far short on food quality.

I dont think Ive ever had a negative experience in any Publix Ive visited--and most recently this location was stellar. Everyone you meet is friendly & curteous and its almost scary how some of the employees remember your name. The workers at the Deli are extremely generous and caring and will make sure they get your request just right, no matter the intricacy. The eating area is always kept clean & tidy, Ive never had to wipe down a table for my wife or bat at flies. Id go out of my way to visit this Publix again, and I live nearly 15 miles away from it.

Publix reccently did the flowers for my daughters wedding. The flowers were stunning and exactly what she wanted. The staff did a great job making suggestions and working with her budget. We had to pick them up earlier than expected and the staff worked very hard to get them ready 3 hours early. No only did they have them realy they were so kind about it. I would recommend them to any bride.

My husband and I had our wedding cake and flowers done through this store. They were so helpful and hands on it was wonderful! Our wedding cake was GORGEOUS! They blew me away with it! Our flowers were amazing! So beautiful! Great experience! Would definitely recommend them to any future bride!

Had an issue with a lost wallet, but had my check book with out a hard copy of my ID, went to Harris Teeter and they turned me away and Publix was very accommodating. This is not as close to my house but I will drive by Harris Teeter to shop here from now on. Great Customer Service.

Always a great experience. Everybodys helpful & friendly. Theyre fast @ checkout & usually help you unload your cart. I know several people by name(& they know mine) & consider them friends. I know a bunch more by sight to say hi to. Ive never had a bad visit.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the cashier, Sara I gave a 4 because I couldnt find one item - the snack size of the peanut butter pretzel bites. This happens about 75% of the time. you have the big shell, not the snack size

I visit my BFF in Ft Mill frequently and have fell in love with Publix. Staff is friendly and very helpful not to mention the deli is awesome. Fresh meats are top quality. I live in Winston Salem NC and can hardly wait til Publix opens here.
