No longer open 24-7, now closing at 11pm. Lines are slow due to lack of cashiers. Also, I have repeatedly been charged a higher price than advertised for grocery items. Although, management has always been willing to refund the difference... Just a hassle. Definitely not the least expensive grocery store, which makes little sense considering the average selection. Great deals can be had if purchasing weekly specials and bogos; otherwise Bilo is a bit overpriced.

Food is fine, and good prices. But customer service is poor. One of my items rang up at the wrong price. I was told I would need to get a refund from customer service. There were 2 people in front of me paying their utility bills. After 10 minutes, I asked if there was anyone else who could give me a refund, and I was told no, so I just left. I will not shop there again any time soon.

Love this Bi-Lo! I go there all the time. The employees are all extremely friendly. They always have a great selection of produce, keep the store clean and stocked, have great deals and sales, and theyre have great freshly cooked dinner items.
