I have not gone to their deli before. I was waited on and the only one there at first . This deli worker said after I ordered a sub from the menu ...Im going to need to go over there and cut some meat. Other workers were using the same meats and bacon in front of me as they built the subs that were getting picked up I guess. Then another woman stepped up to the right of me and got waited on. Then another next to me gets waited on. I looked way over to the woman who is laughing and having fun over at the meat deli. I saw her slice meat and serve it to a customer who apparently must have ordered from her, and there were already three meat cutters over there waiting on people. She continued to chat and giggle with them over there showing no concern to assure me she was still waiting on me. More people and then the fourth person got taken care of. ..Im still waiting. I was completely ignored. I asked the other worker that Im not sure that Im being waited on. Then she says shes cutting meat. She comes over and begins to ask what bread . I told her I have problems chewing so I need the freshest and softest you have. She suggests the whole wheat and begins to fill a foot long without asking what size I wanted. So I told her I only wanted a 6 inch, and she seemed annoyed. She made the sub and there was plenty of lettuce on it, very little else. I got home to Cocoa and began to eat it. The bread was hard and stale. It was not toasted....just stale. I had to throw the bread out. When I took the insides out it was all lettuce. Ive picked up subs at other publix and been very satisfied with the sub, the generous ingredients and the service. I will never go back again. I live now nearby, so Ill go to the other one where the service is wonderful. Disappointing.

I had to run into this Publix tonight because my friend is very sick, pregnant, and needed soup and Ensure ASAP. As I was shopping my 20 month old had the fit of a lifetime and I had my hands full! Along came a worker named Logan, who was my savior. He asked me if I needed help and I told him what I was looking for. He immediately walked to the other side of the store and grabbed what I needed! He even went back and got more for me as my daughter was screaming her brains out, she was over tired. What Logan didnt know is I am a director of a large company and a huge part of my job is customer relations. His quick reaction and genuine concern of my situation was exactly what we spend countless hours on training our staff to understand and apply to their work ethic. As I was checking out a girl named Brittany saw that I had my hands full and she unloaded my cart for me at checkout, then followed me to my car and happily unloaded my groceries into my trunk. She was a real sweetheart! I am so impressed by the staff at this store, they are wonderful people!!

I absolutely love this place to no end. Its a wonderful store in a good area. The store manager really runs a tight ship and Ive yet to meet anyone working there who isnt kind and helpful to the customers. With any store, grocery or retail, thats tough to pull off but they do it! Its always clean and I travel a pretty minute to get here, but its worth it every time. Thanks guys! Keep it up!

Publix is always a pleasure to shop at. The employees are so helpful, and so nice, The store is so clean and the foods are always fresh.I have been shoping at Publix for 49 years. I am so glad you have the BOGO items, this definitely is a positive . The Del and the Bakery are the stars of the stores but everyone is so so nice all over the store. The Boyle family

I find all the PUBLIX the best place for selection and very helpful and friendly staff--but the new VIERA store is a step above the other local stores. They have everything: olive bar, salad bar, and a cheese specialist on staff. Was able to get cheese curds for my poutine addiction. Worth the extra ten minutes when you want more . . . anything.

Ted the store GM is awesome! My car was hit by a cart in there parking lot. Case was to their investigations team, and the women we had for the was less than helpful. But Ted made sure we got the best of care! He went out of his way to make sure Publix helped me take care of the damages that were done to my car!

I went to the bakery to order cupcakes for my sons birthday. Bonnie helped us and was awesome in the bakery. On top of that, we were short on our count by a cupcake and they whipped a new one out quick for us when we picked them up. I love the staff and store! Customer service at this location is A+++++.

As far as grocery stores goes, you cant go wrong with Publix. You wont find friendlier customer service. This store has an area where you can sit down and eat lunch. Its a nice, quiet place to have a sub or hot cooked meal.

They have a Hot Bar, which has delicious Chinese food! Ive never had the salad bar but it looks great. Bakery is so fresh! They have more of a selection of produce, meat, wine, etc. than any of the other Rockledge stores.

Best Publix around - always clean and people who work there are friendly. A bit pricy, but they do have specials.
