Ive been shopping here for about a year now with my wife after we moved from up north. After shopping briefly at Winn Dixie we got tired of that store (it is a MESS!) we heard from the locals that this Publix is worth checking out. For the first 7 months or so (give or take) we shopped here and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Then I started to notice some problems with this store... it first started out with lack of sale items I would ask the stocker on duty and he went back and checked on numerous occasions and there was NONE in the back then I watched a store that is praised for its customer service slowly slide down the drain. I would go in there on a consistent bi-weekly basis and just be treated like another wallet. Employees pushing products on me that I dont need... not to mention Id walk by some of the same stockers and they wouldnt say a word for me. This store is VERY expensive (excluding sale items which they are usually out of) so to feel like another mindless consumer with a fat wallet is rather... upsetting. For now Ill shop at Target there prices are better, stores just as clean and I like their customer service better... plus it is on my commute home. Bottom line, the customer service at this chain is praised for its excellence which it was for the first couple of visits then I slowly watched it fade away... the works constantly seem glum. The cashier line reminds of purgatory. Save your money and dont fall for the hype Its basically a more expensive Target, except Publix is over hyped.

We met a man on the street that was in need. We brought him to publix and told him to get anything he wanted. After ringing in all the food we realized we were a few dollars short. The cashier Kandi (who had no idea what we were doing) paid for the remaining balance out of her own pocket. Kandi went above and beyond customer service standards. Thank you Kandi and may God richly bless you.

I dont know what store YOU shop at, but this is my Publix and I love it. Everyone is kind and helpful, and honestly, I rarely find something out. Its the best. The prices are actually less than Walmart, the store is cleaner than Winn Dickie and the staff is the best. The online ordering is the bomb. Thanks.

Overall store is nice and clean, but service at the Deli laughable. Waited 4 mins at the sub line. No one acknowledgement, no one looked my way, 3 - 4 workers and I might as well be invisible. I was the only one in line for the chicken or the sub. Left and still felt ignored by them.

I shop here several times a week and even during the busiest times theres always plenty of staff to help me check out quickly. On a several occasions I have had management bag my groceries or check me out at the register. I love this store. Im quickly in and out with what I need.

This location is what should be expected, the store is extremely clean and well stocked, every time Ive been there, they have had exactly what I needed. Also the employees are always there for all the customers needs, and very professional. Great job.

Awesome service, spoke to a manager Patrick who was able to order a product for me that I cant get in my home town. Other employees I interacted with were also very nice. Will shop at this publix whenever I am visiting

Loaded with tourists.. however its only a few blocks from my house and the staff is very friendly. I recommend ordering online for the deli because it is usually backed up with orders.
