This is the closest grocery store to the Elmwood and Earlewood Park neighborhoods. They never have shopping baskets and the checkouts are the slowest Ive ever seen anywhere, consistently slow. Checkout people are constantly befuddled by items and have no idea what to do if a barcode is not read properly. And have no idea what an item from produce could be. They just shut down and stare at it like it will somehow remedy itself. This is a spot only to be used as an absolute last resort.

When we first arrived the room lock wasnt working and neither was the AC. They fixed the lock immediately and replaced the air unit for a working one. Renovated room was nice and relatively clean. However, I did kill a roach. Room service burst into the room without knocking and went down for breakfast twice and it was all gone. When you asked staff for more they seemed to have an attitude. Overall the experience was just okay, not great.

Everytime i go in this store there are NO BUGGIES, the cashiers act like they dont want to be there and there are BUMS asking people for money. everytime i go in there i have someone ask me for money and look like they are following me, and i come in there daily. secuirty needs to be stricly enforced in this store at ALL hours of the day! And can we get some buggies PLEASE!??

Horrible I purchase chicken daily from the deli and lately its been a hot mess , chicken missing , wrong tags on boxes so u think u getting one thing but end up getting something different. Then go back or call back and they make u feel like u are LYING ABOUT IT, WAS REALLY CONFUSING ESPECIALLY WHEN I KNOW WHAT I BUY . CHECK ITEMS FROM DELI FOR REAL.

This store doesnt have the appeal of other Bilo locations. It feels dirty. It isnt actually dirty, its in fact fairly clean, but something about it. I think its the smell. The place smells bad. Their products are generally the same as other bilos, though their produce could use work. And the employees arent too friendly until you get to management.

This supermart is clean and spacious. It has a bakery and a hot food deli. Good variety of fresh meats and you can use and earn Plenti points. It serves the southern part of north main whose customers include Columbia Fire Station #7, Columbia College, Columbia International University and a Poliice Station.
