I absolutely love Publix. I get my cakes from here often, but Shawn in the bakery is always rude to me be it over the phone or in person. I have given her a pass on a couple of occasions but I have had enough. She has absolutely no patience. I changed my mind on the writing of a cake and I can hear her say "omg..." under her breath. I ask her a question she answers with a question. I had a cake made a while back and ordered in person she was absolutely no help. I came in person to get help with choosing what they will be able to put on the cake, and a customer stepped in and helped me. REALLY?!?! She either needs to learn meditation to get a better handle on her stress and irritability or a major meeting needs to be held on how to get a better handle on stress in a busy environment. Other than that I love Publix.

I like this Publix and shop here regularly. The service is usually quite good. My experience today unfortunately was disappointing. The chicken deli platter that I ordered by phone midweek was not ready at 4 p.m. I asked to have it ready at 1 p.m. when I ordered. Also, the clerk who took my order called me the same day I ordered to ask what day I needed it. I gave the date and time twice when ordering and again when called. The Chantilly Cake I ordered is poorly decorated with sparse berries. I bought some strawberries so I can fix it. The cashier and bagger were friendly eventhough it was very busy. I hope for better deli and bakery service in the future.

Ive always gone to Publix for their customer service but at the Forest drive location both the cashier and person bagging groceries were exterminated rude this evening. The lady never asked how I was or said to have a good day the only interaction I got was my total and hers your change. Didnt and the person bagging didnt even hand me my two bags she just pointed at them and said here.

One consultant at the deli burnt a guys sandwich & didnt apologize or give him new bread even though he said he would still eat it. My consultant Randy was so busy talking to his co worker that he wasnt listening to my order but he did apologize after putting extra mustard on my sandwich. This place is normally good but today they were unprofessional.

Todays fried chicken was dry, and not tasty and juicy. Purchased at 11am. Two weeks ago I dropped in at a quarter til closing to grab some ice cream. 2 lines backed up, and asked manager to please open another. He ignored me and talked on the phone. After 10 minutes, I left and went to Kroger.

Everyone is always friendly here. Even the stockers say hi and ask if they can help me find something. The bakery has some of the most delicious-looking pastries for the best price Ive seen.
