I went in on Black Friday this past year since that is when my contract expired and I was looking to replace my phone. The sprint store I initially bought it from had great Black Friday deals, including the free iPhone 4. Complete opposite with this store. Store was absolutely dead with good reason, there was no deals what so ever. There was one older guy working the store, guy acted like he owned the place with his a hole mannerisms. Regardless I was there to get a phone and they did have the iPhone 5 for free. Unfortunately it was just a regular sprint deal though so I couldve came in anytime. I approach the guy who didnt even gree me and he looks at me like Im the biggest inconvenience. I explain I want the phone, and he goes and tells me about the promo for the new iPhone 6. It sounded good so I said ok, he was ok you just have to wait the 3 weeks until they come in. I was like ok never mind I came in for a new phone today. He tries to argue with me pretty much trying to get out of doing any work and tries to say itll be a better deal. When I dont comply with what HE wants keep in mind Im the customer, he reluctantly gives me the phone and drags through the sale. Ill rejoice if they go out of business.

Ive had bad customer service before, but these people are the absolute worst. As soon as I walked I got the "your bothering me" vibe. Phone wouldnt charge, left it with them on a Tuesday. They said nothing to me at all while they were looking at the phone except "well call you on Friday when your phone arrives". It is now almost three weeks later. No replacement phone. Ive gone into the store a couple of times, called a couple of times and I get nowhere. The response I get is "well call you when your phone gets here, the truck hasnt delivered it yet". My experience here was literally like a bad day at the DMV. Places that treat customers like this do not deserve to be in business in 2014. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business.

Woman there was absolutely rude. Horrible customer service. Im not a cell phone expert and had some pretty basic questions i needed answered. She made me feel like a moron for not know the things i went to her....the poignantly clear expert....for. I was switching my phone over to a new phone. And asked her if my phone had a SIM card. And also asked if my phone had an expansion lot for an SD card. Apparently I should have known this already...as if I had been in training for a month to work for her. If you want to be insulted by all means go there. If not definitely go somewhere else.

I saw their hours online and it said 24 hours. I knew that was wrong but at 5:10 on a Sunday i went anyways. Eric was in there and the open sign was off. I tried the door and it opened. I said oh i thought you were closed. He said we are but what can i do for you. He was really helpful and if i wasnt just making an exchange, Im positive he would have sold me something if i needed it. That kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back. I know I will.

If i could give no stars i would. These people are morons. Simple task... replace iphone screen which they "do all the time". Gave them a working iphone with a cracked screen they gave me a broken phone that neither apple nor another phone store could fix. John the technician is completely incompetent. Do not trust these people with any device.

Had an issue with my Lg g3, the sim card stopped working after an OTA update. The tech there quickly replaced it free of charge. Would have given 5 stars, but he made it sound like I had to pay to replace the sim and that he was being super nice to do it for free.
