I counted down the days until I could leave my former carrier and switch to AT&T in Londonderry. My business and family plan are exactly what I need thanks to Nicks honesty and quick, thoughtful knowledge. I was in and out in record time with multiple lines, plus some additional equipment Im so glad he offered, and I saved some $$ too. Go see AT&T Londonderry!!!!!

They screwed up a simple sim replacement, and then forced US to contact AT&T to resolve it. Deactivated the WRONG phone and left me in the middle of the woods with no phone service while the other phone suddenly inherited the number. Terrible service, just leeching off the AT&T name. They dont work for At&t and dont give a crap about the AT&T customers.

So these guys are GREAT but they didnt have the cable I needed (they just sold out) so they called every affiliate they had to make sure that they actually had one! Found it in Concord and had them put it aside with my name on it... and when I got there IT ACTUALLY HAD MY NAME ON IT. Great guys... AWESOME representatives for AT&T

Just pulled in.. there us a sign on the door saying "lunch be back at 4" Im confused because the hours are 11-5 for sunday. Looks like they make their own hours. Guess Ill be going elsewhere for two new phones. Disappointed is an understatement considerin Sunday is the only day I can visit.

the customer service is superb! they do not slick talk you and are upfront. i ask direct questions and get direct answers. being an ATT customer for gee 15 years, i can honestly say it is refreshing and rare.
