Employees SHOULD NOT look up their customers on social media. I went in there to pay my bill and make a change on my account. I had someone from the store look me up on social media(S). How dare you think its right to take business information for your personal uses. This is definitely a law suit somewhere!! To make matters worst I think he sent me some messages.

Excellent customer service as usual. Had to wait a bit, but worth it in the end. Just sucks because it couldve been done on the phone, but AT&T customer service more worried about selling than fixing problems.

The customer service here sucks. Theyre so rude to their customers, and instead of helping you with your problems, they give one word answers and lead you on your way. Dont recommend this place at all
