I never experienced such an horrible delivery ever any where in MA. I am writing this after many times this happened to me. When ever doc prescribes I make an order directly calling pharmacy and they say it take 30 min. Even after going 1 hr later they didnt even start the process and make me to wait for another 20 min. Now I am waiting in Pharmacy for more than 20 min for order I placed 1 hr before. Definitely going to change my pickup location this is horrible, worthless waiting. This place really sucks.

For over a month this CVS advertised a walk-in flu clinic for 10/16/2010. However, when I arrived, they wanted me to go to Westford, Tewksbury or make an appointment to come back in several weeks. As I was photographing their signage with the clinic dates posted, so I could complain to my insurance company, which will only cover flu vaccines at CVS, a pharmacy tech took the sign away stating the information was incorrect. They couldnt have done that 6 weeks earlier?

I always shop there and loved it, now theres new cashiers, that doesnt knows what shes doing and act like she knows everything about the store policy and just ruined my mood a couple of times I shop there already Im sick of her attitude! Very sad me and a couple of friends and families experience the same thing! NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE UNTILL THEY REPLACE HER!!

Amazing store with a clean floor, aisles and aisles of product, and friendly staff members. It is well organized too and is a very large store.
