Worst pharmacy ever. Been taking pain meds for years. Disabled and in pain everyday. Been called a drug seeker. A grug addict. Had my HIPAA rights violated by pharmacist. Pharmacisrs and aids think theyre Drs. and are rude and unprofessional. Nothing worse then to be in pain everyday, disabled and just want to fill meds without having to feel like a junky. I will contact CVS corp office as well as someone about HIPAA violations. Be careful when filling narcotics there. They will question you and name the drugs you take out loud from their work station in front of all the other customers. Keep in mind, in ten years, this pharmacy gave me an extra 80 pills about ten years ago and about 100 extra pills not to long ago. I flushed them and didnt report their pharmacy. Law suit waiting to happen.

Rude pharmacy tech over the phone. Would not go out of her way to listen to me explain that my Dr. called in a script to hold me over till CVS Caremark delivered my meds. Spoke with Pharmacist on duty. He handled the issue and my meds were filled 10 minutes later. One bad apple always spoils the rest of the bunch. Customer service training is needed in the Derry, NH store. They treat you like youre not the one paying for your meds, the insurance company is.... wrong. Im paying dearly for my meds being retired on medicare and paying for part D for prescriptions that are priced through the roof these days. Ugh. 5.15.2017

I have several notes to file to prescribe the brand name pill I take. They prescribe the generic. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my cell phone from file, but they really like to call at 2 am when I am in Europe. Then they dont understand why I am mad. This has been going on for 3 years. Maybe Walgreens will get it right. Bye.

The Pharmacist here does everything to keep the customers happy, he is the nicest pharmacist ive ever had to deal with. I was not happy with the other pharmacist that were here, he takes time to talk to me and consult on my prescriptions. Its just to bad that there arent many pharmacists like this. Thank you Mark for everything.

Horrible experience multiple times at the pharmacy trying to get a prescription refilled. They offer to get a renewal for you but your better off doing the legwork yourself. They keep you in the dark until you inquire if your prescription is ready. No notes to your file or a phone call
