I will first start by saying I normally do not take the time to write reviews but with the horrible service I received at this store I felt compelled to write one. Yes they were great signing us up and telling us they would take care of everything switching from the other carrier to Sprint and that was when I all went bad. They did nothing, after 3 visits to the store multiple phone calls trying to get help to get my reimbursement I got absolutely no where with them. Told me multiple times the paper work had been submitted which Sprint told me it had not been after finally talking to them. After 4 months of not getting my refund I was told by Valentino who is suppose ably the store manager that I would have to go to the Sprint Corporate Store in Nashua. Let me just say this if you want a Sprint Phone or you need something handled do not go to this store, nobody Derry Knowswhat they are doing, they have the worst customer service I have seen and they just dont care. Again if you want to switch to Sprint avoid this store and find a corporate store that will take much better care of you. 5 minutes at the Nashua store and I have the credit applied to my bill for the phones and an AmexCard coming or the remainder of the balance owed to me. Oh by the way I was told in Nashua that Derry could have done all this. I would have given no stars but it wouldnt let me post this review with out clicking on one.

No word a lie serious, the derry store has cost me hundreds of dollars cause they dont know what the hell they are doing. Last weekend they sent me and my girl to Nashua to merge our plans.... we get there, they tell us we got to do shit online and blatantly say the derry folk dont know what they are talking about. Further point, they gave me some advice on how to manage my exes phone../ they where wildly wrong and I ended up paying hundreds in penalties. Honestly they think they are helping and are simply just wrong. After the third time that they give me the wrong info and cost me a lot of money, I give up. They are clueless. I honesty think the five star reviews just havent realized they where duped yet.

A friendly store but old looking. I went in to purchase a new Sprint deal I had just heard about, but the crew was not knowledgeable about their own offer. I just walked away after a few frustrating minutes of me educating them on their own offer.
