Worst experience ever. Paid for a 7 plus and instead the worker ordered me a regular 7. The girl said she will order the 7plus as soon as the 7 comes in. I call them 2 days later to see when the 7plus is coming in and she said she forgot to order the plus. Not only that when you try to call them it takes at least 10 calls! Get new workers!!!!!!! Very unattentitive! Young kids that know very little of what theyre doing.

Ordered a phone and then cancelled my order the next day in January. It is June and I am still paying for a phone I never received. I have filed a complaint with the BBB hoping that maybe they can help me rectify this situation. I have nothing against Sprint as a company but this store has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

The worst sprint store around!! Horrible customer service. Every single time Ive gone to that store for assistance or had a problem they could never resolve it ! It would always be the same customer service rep who never knew how to do his job correctly. They have a bunch of rookies working there..

I highly recommend to ask for Vinny Vale if you need to go to this store. He helped me with the upgrade and explained me everything with details. He was very peaceful, professional and respectful. He really did a great job.
