I had a plan with them for 2 years the whole I wanted to get out .. But I thought I would be cheaper to get the "free" upgrade than going to another place ... I came here to get my upgrade ... All I wanted was a iPhone 6 the guy told me I would get a "free" tablet that costs 10$ a month for the service and you have to stay in the service to keep the "free" tablet he told me my month to month would be 105$ and I thought that was good ... 3 months later I had to pay my activation fee and some how my bill was 212$ ... That was crazy! I went back and asked why it was that much and they went around the bush and never gave direct answers then he tells me that my average bill would be 165$ and thats what he told me it was 3 months ago I was like "no the f&$# it wasnt " and went right to sprint and got a plan for 85$ .. Its a lease but I cant even sell my old iPhone 4 anyways b.c no one will by it ... So a lease is the best deal cause I can give it back in 2 yrs and get a real free phone at sprint ... Dont waste your time with AT&T they suck

Terrible!! I went in to change over my phone from another carrier because of poor coverage. They then told me about this great tablet that can be used as a phone for only another $10 a month and a cost of $0.99. I bit and got it and boy was I taken. It IS a phone with a $45 activation fee they never mentioned and the battery on it sucks. I use it mostly as a note taker and the battery was down to 45% after 4 hours. My Samsung is usually at 60% after 8 hours. When I went to return it within the 14 day dissatisfied grace period guess what a $45 restocking fee, the same amount for the activation fee. Also the DirecTV Now is also useless unless you want to watch 15 - 20 year old shows. Was not what they told me. I did not get my local channels and others that they said because it depends on your location and they are telling you a general idea of what you may get. The sales people are smooth talkers. I will never go there again! I gave one star because it wouldnt let me go lower

Never have I experienced a worse customer service from a store. I have had a very good experience with AT&T in general throughout my contract with them, however this store in particular has left an indelible smear on my image of this company. Not only do they have the worst customer service in store, with only two store clerks who obviously have no clue as to how to efficiently handle a store with more than one person in it, but it is almost impossible to reach this store by phone in order to track the status of an order because nobody answers the phone. I have called at least 10 times over the past hour to try and get a status update as to the whereabouts of the phone I have ordered and still, there has not been a single clerk with the decency to answer a single phone call. There is another AT&T store right across the street in the mall...I would suggest going to that any day over this poor excuse for a store.

Very disappointed with service. I came to this store to ask about the non-contract plan for i-phone, and the only answer I got was "i-phone does not work with prepaid plan". I tried to ask why, but did not get a proper answer. I expected the clerk to do some research for me and provide me with any possible options for my request but they never did that. I do not recommend going to this store.

Dont try to get any more than basic service here, even though its a "company store" I needed the answer to a challenging technical question and the rep (thin guy short beard flame tattoo on arms) gave me wrong info, and when challenged dug in his heels. Wasted the trip to store, had to sort it out on phone the next day. Very angry.

Not bad, visited around lunch time to exchange a SIM card. Since it is lunch break, anticipated some wait. Walked in, two consultants are at work helping customers. One person ahead of me waiting. Total wait time was about 10 minutes. Joe the consultant get me the micro SIM card and activated within minutes. Joe was courteous.

Drove an hour from mass to only get turned away at store. 3 employees inside and 2 customers. Closed at 7pm on Saturday! Was only trying to pick up my phone...woulda took 5 mins. Will never go back and very disappointed after spending $450/month with AT&T

Lots of upselling, very slow, they were playing terrible music on the store, said I would get a gift card for the value of both of my buyback phones but only received a gift card for one (at this time).
