I do not recommend getting sprints it is one big headache . I started with sprint one year ago and my bill was originally supposed to be 180 at the store. I did do you upgrade which put my phone up to 240 a month for unlimited everything. After getting my bill it was 300.00 a month when I would call I would get a customer service person from the Philippines. I could not understand them. I have to call to have my bill adjusted every month they tell me that they charged me and then afterwords on the 30th they adjust the bill . that makes no sense. I have never been unhappy with the service then sprint I cannot wait to get out of this contract. Just a little bit of advice before signing up for sprint . Shop around. youll be happy you did .

Shout out to that one jerk that works on Sundays and every time I came in to get info about my plan told me to just call Sprint; Then why do you have a physical location? Thanks for the lack of information and letting us know how to get charged upwards of 400+ bucks just to switch out a line.

The staff at this store were persistent at fixing a problem with my moms phone this afternoon. They were just as patient with her frustration.
