TRASH, TRASH, TRASH! THE SERVICES ,THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVERYTHING HERE MADE ME HATE SPRINT AND THEIR ALREADY SHITTTY NETWORK. I WASTED 2 HOURS HERE AND THEY STILL WOULDNT HELP ME REINSTALL MY SERVICES.

Long wait and for nothing because they didnt have the sim card we needed for a new phone. Much better experience at the Sprint store at Radio Shack in downtown Lowell.
