Worst experience ever at a sprint store. my wifes phone needed to be replaced. real easy but she had some questions on different phones . the employees answer is " uh well its personal preference" without getting into any detailed differences or features of the phone. why? because he was to busy on his phone talking to his buddies to setup his party that night and where his buddies were going to be sleeping. once we picked out a phone and it was activated it was basically thrown at me and said all set. didnt do a test call/text/nothing to make sure it was all set. didnt have us log into her google account to set that up. so between ZERO knowledge, little help and didnt even care if the phone work but as long as his party was going down later he was happy. oh it gets even better. get home check my account and he conveniently signed us up WITHOUT EVEN MENTIONING the ESP protection plan. we were signed up for an extra 13 a month. real slick dealings. not happy at all. called today asked for manager and manger "might" be in tomorrow? really? cmon sprint you need to keep a better eye on your stores!

I went in looking for information about a possible Early Upgrade program or the Sprint Easy Pay from my current device to a Note 3. The sales rep flat out lied to me and told me my current plan would not be compatible with the Note 3s data requirements, which is blatantly false as Im currently on a comparable device and Ive since confirmed that with phone AND chat representatives with Sprint. She pushed me to upgrade to a plan that was $20.00 more expensive a month. No thanks. Every time Ive gone into a Sprint retail store, Ive never been told the truth. I appreciate the effort, but would you want to get lied to when YOU are just trying find a better device?

Why is it that when I walk into this store for help, I always end up with a representative that looks at me like Im an idiot and already wasting their time with my stupidity. My daughters phone stopped working completely, so I tell the guy and again gives me that look and right away tells me I need to get a replacement phone without looking at it. I gave him that same look back and walked out. Went to the store in Lincoln and they were much more helpful. I do have to get a replacement phone, but at no cost to me. Never go to North Providence unless you want to be treated like youre an imbecile.

Most of the time theres a long wait. I would only go there if my issue can not be resolved over the phone, and if I have two-three hours of my day to kill. Staff tries to be helpful, but their computer system sucks and takes too long.

Called ahead to see if they had a replacement battery in stock. Drove 15 minutes out only to be told they would have to order it in. Really? Hope they are better at the rest of their jobs.

Got screwed over in november by a young employee there, still dealing with the issue. Not only did i get screwed over once, but its been three times. Never getting sprint again!

Apparently the sales reps dont like acknowledging you until the very last minute. Felt less professional than the mall kiosk location they have.

It is okay. My only problem is that they do not recycle the phones.
