I went in 2 weeks ago to get a new phone. I had to put $50 down, couldve gotten one online with no money down but I was in a hurry so oh well. Then of course they have to sell you something so the guy tells me hes gonna "hook me up" with all this extra data (that I dont need) and my bill wont even go up. Next thing ya know, my bill went up $140. So I call on Friday and they tell me they will have it all fixed by Monday. Well today is Wednesday, nothing was fixed and they arent picking up their phone!

I went into the store 2 weeks ago and was welcomed by Jason Melo who was very nice and helped me with my issue I was having with my phone. The store was very well put together and I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I currently live in east providence, RI but would definitely take the trip to Warwick again for any future issues or to buy a new device.

I had such a great experience purchasing my phone from this location everyone was so helpful and friendly Manny, Jay and Dan worked well as a team and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before leaving answering all of my questions to showing me how to check my account balance and download applications I will definitely refer my friends and family there
