I called Acacia mainly because of their positive on-line reviews. From Pittsburgh area we needed flowers for a dear relative at a Reading, PA hospital. Called on a Saturday morning. Explained the circumstances and trusted them to use their judgment on the arrangement. The flowers were there in the early afternoon of the same day and everybody raved about them. Still getting compliments 6 days later. Called to thank them. What more could you ask for.

I received a birthday bouquet which was an FTD order from my son. It looked like a child had grabbed a bunch of flowers and stuck them in a vase. I called to express my disappointment, and got excuses. I said I thought my son should be refunded his money, but the owner refused. Needless to say we will not be buying flowers there nor recommending this business to anyone.

I know next to nothing about flowers and when I called, I told them my situation, a couple of her favorite colors and the mood I wanted it to have. I got a call later from my not-as-sad wife.
