Good customer service at the customer service counter, but I have had the worst experience with their deli and bakery. Every single time I go i wait for forever, even when there is literally no one in front of me. I have gone on 3 occassions to get something from the bakery and have waited for 10 minutes with zero help. I have asked and then waited another 5 minutes for someone to come help me and still hadnt been helped. This has happened on 3 different occassions. the store is clean but I get frustrated going in and leaving without my items because of waiting so long.

Great selection like most Harris Teeter stores, and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I like the self checkout here, theres always an associate around if you need assistance, and its fast!

Never enough cashiers. 10am on a Wednesday and youll sit in a line for 15 minutes. Prices are high. Quality of meats and such is mediocre. Staff is helpful.
