I worked here for 6 months and can tell you the turnover rate is ridiculous, most people leave within a couple months. I lasted longer than average. Poorest management and ownership I have ever encountered. They will blame employees for everything and never take responibility for their lack of coordination with their stores and employees. They regularly instruct us to use MOLDY FRUIT. we are told to use melons if the mold is only visible on the outside. We are told to pick through containers of moldy grapes, strawberries, and blueberries and "use the ones that still look good". The boxed strawberries have a higher chance than arrangements do of holding overly mushy/gross strawberries as employees are told to cover those in chocolate and use them. I cannot at this moment recall all of the red flags and reasons this place should be shut down, but there are without a doubt more. P.s. for what we do there, we get paid garbage. A bagger at Kroger makes more than I did at this place. Thanks all.

DO NOT COME HERE!! and dont count on these people to know how to take order over the phone. They will over charge you with extra stuff that you dont need. You need to make sure to paint a picture to them to get what you really want. I ordered a $71 (small) anniversary item and charged me with a medium $83, then they asked me if I wanted a balloon and they charged me the bundled (3x), total came out close to $100. What the heck is my wife going to do with three balloons?! This is not High School anymore hello...so the chick had to remove the two balloons for almost 10 mins as the fruits sit there inside the plastic covering becoming soggy from the poor temperature of their room, 5 more minutes the chocolate dipped wouldve melted to the plastic cover. I would rather give the money I paid for to my wife than for them to ruin the occasion...ugh! I would pass this experience to my co-worker for sure! I think this company is way too over priced and over hyped. (Tammy....worst note taking rep)

I will never use this company again. I planned to have an arrangement sent to my fiance at work. She never received it. I had to go to the store at 6 pm to get the product. The strawberries were mostly green and the product was poorly displayed. Very disappointmented!!! I pre-ordered weeks in advance and if you couldnt deliver well you should have called or offered some sort of discount. Thanks for ruining our special day!

Since I read all the negative reviews, I figured I would trick the system. I placed an order online, but gave myself about 2 extra hours to go pick up the order. Didnt have any problems, my order was complete, but I would NEVER count on ANY Edible Arrangement to actually do what their commercial says around the holidays.

the product that you were going to try to get from this place will probably turn out well however the people there are very friendly as they offered the job is temporary and didnt follow through no phone call to at least let you know you werent in the run and it is one of those places where it is where cliques prevail

Heather was nice BUT the fruit was spoiled...not EDIBLE....my fiance ordered a balloon which did NOT come with the chocolate covered strawberries...i complained about the fruit & was sent another box BUT now the apples have rotten spots under the chocolate!!! By far the WORST edible arrangement ive had in VA.....

I would think hard before using on Valentine s day again The arranement that I ordered was not done in time for the sceduled pickup. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to be made on the spot. I almost missed the surprise I had set up to personally deliver.

I ordered an arrangement for my aunt.. the staff was pleasant and handled my order with no problems. My aunt received her arrangement within the time window that the store provided. Overall my experience was great and I will continue to use this store.

Ordered for delivery by 1 P.M. No delivery and the order was not even completed yet. Learned my lesson this time. Next time I will read previous reviews first...
