DO NOT GIVE THIS MERCHANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE! I ordered flowers 1/8/2013 and my account was charged on 1/9. On 1/17 this merchant posted TWO DUPLICATE transactions AGAIN for that same order. They use Paypal to process payments and Paypal refused to consider this as unauthorized use of my card since the merchant input my numbers. My bank says it can take up to 90 days to resolve a disputed charge. So as of this moment I am out 126 dollars for a 42 dollar order! I have contacted the merchant numerous times with assurances a credit has been issued but nothing has changed to date. Never mind the fact that a 12 dollar delivery charge seems steep, what I now have to worry about is whether I need to cancel that card because of these shabby business practices. Heed my advice, you may order roses from this merchant NOW but you run a real possibility of getting the THORNS later...
