Took all of my information down for delivery, including payment information. Then made me responsible for calling back three separate times because they were too busy. When I called to check on order because I had not heard anything the lady stated I didnt call back the third time to finalize everything. Whats a guy go to do to get a reliable flower service for his family. RIDICULOUS!

Cambridge is a SMALL town and the folks here think small. It is really hard to buy ANYTHING here that is special! I was VERY pleased when I called Flowers n Things -the 3rd Florist I had called- and they were able to do EXACTLY what I wanted and cheerfully! Thank you SO much!
