I was excited to find that my daughter had sent me flowers, from Missouri while in AIT. However I wasnt home. When they called they asked where I worked and I explained Newport News, the tone and the No was upsetting. I can understand the No, but the tone and how it was delivered was a downer. I explained I will pick them up when I get off, but I get off late. So of course the next day comes. They call to tell me they can send my order over to another florist closer to my Job. Just wonder why they didnt offer that first. Im happy for the flowers I will not tell my daughter and upset her when she was trying to brighten my day. But I will tell anyone else my experience. I wasnt pleased.

I just wanted to do something simple but thoughtful for my wife. So I gave Flowers by Milo a try over my normal florist because they were closer to her office. The person helping me was super accommodating and we got a great arrangement for a great price. And, here it is a week later and they still look and smell amazing. Im thinking I found our new florist! :)

I placed an order on-line for my daughter who lives in Virginia Beach. Ive tried other florist and they did an ok job. Flowers by Mila did a great job. The flowers look just like their picture on their website and my daughter even noticed that there was a difference in these flowers. I will be using this florist again! Happy mom in Texas.

I was quite pleased that my order arrived on time, hassle-free, and was actually a little nicer than shown on theweb page. As a minor change was made, a photo of the actual arrangement was sent for my approval/notification. This was a step beyond what needed to be done. I appreciate the extra effort and attention my order received!

I arrived home just in time to see the most beautiful bouquet of roses and variety of flowers, I will have to find the names for, delivered in celebration of my Birthday today! AND, a beautiful glass vase that I will keep always. I will keep Milas card....Flowers were ordered via NY. Thank you for you work!
