I had Norfolk Florist do flowers for my wedding. They were able to get the colors I wanted and communicated with me very well since I was organizing from out of the VA Beach/Norfolk area. The flowers were delivered to my wedding location at the dedicated time and they were beautifully done! I had not seen the flowers at all before the wedding and was very pleased with the results. I would absolutely use Norfolk Florist if I have any other events in the area again.

Received flowers from here for my 5 year anniversary and was very disappointed in the quality of the flowers. My husband sent me roses on 6/23 and they needed to be thrown out on 6/25. After speaking with my husband they were delivered 4 hours after they were supposed to be and I was never called to verify that I was home to receive them, which is what he was told they would do.

You guys rock! Every time I get flowers you guys give me the best service. One time my nephew needed to get a corsage on the day of prom and you guys saved his butt by putting one together on the spot. I was so appreciative of the service that I gave the florist a $50 gift card as a tip. Good job Norfolk Florist!

I was pleased with the eagerness of the staff at the Holland location. However, the flowers that were delivered to the restaurant where my wife and I were having our anniversary dinner didnt have the balloon with them that I paid for. It was subsequently delivered to my home.
