Will never never never use them again. Ordered and arrangement for our boss for her birthday, the picture from the website looked nice size and pretty and what we received was very small and they had to change out some of the flower because they didnt have what the arrangement came with, really a florist doesnt have the flowers. Anyway called the store on Thursday to complain, I was told the manager was not in and they would call us back. No call back. I called back myself on Monday and was told oh yes I have your message, the manager is here so I will show it to her. Got a callback from the person who made our arrangement and she was not happy that we didnt like it. She said we got exactly what we ordered, not really. Finally she asked what they could do to make this right, I asked what their policy is, she said to send a new arrangement. I told her I did not want the same one. She asked what I wanted, I told her tulips, she said fine but I had to return the original arrangement, are you kidding me. When the flower arrive, it was a small bunch of flowers in a clear glass vase with dirty water. I told the driver it was supposed to be tulips, she said I dont know Im just the delivery driver. She called the store and was told the manager said no on the tulips, she put me on the phone with the store and I was told for 40.00 they would only send 4 tulips so they put together something else, I told her the FTD website, we used to place our original order, shows tulips arrangement with at least 15 tulips for the 40.00, she said well you dont understand how this works, they dont take into consideration our labor and cost, are you kidding me, where is the customer service and making things right. I told her find we would never use them again. If you dont want to be ripped off, do not order from this florist. I feel they could have done so much more to make us happy and to take the original arrangement back, that is crazy. Very Very Very disappointed. I wouldnt have given any stars but the site wont post unless you give at least 1.

Went in to get a late arrangement with a very quick deadline. Had to get 12 light peach roses for parents anniversary and they worked with me to get it set up. They even promissed a way to get the flowers if it went past the deadline so they were there when my mom got home. I received a beautiful arrangement with a nice bow in my deadline. That is the only flower shop that I know can produce something so beautiful in such short notice.

I bought flowers Feb 16, to be sent to my mothers work. I paid 55 plus delivery for flowers and first they couldnt find my order when I called that day,then my mother receives a baby bouquet that cost 39 cause I almost bought that one. Im upset, its false advertising and very disappointing The pictures show what I bought and what she got very sad

worst service...received flowers with almost no water in them and they were already wilting the next day! called to let them know and was told a manager would call me back and never go a call...its been a week! dont bother dealing with this company! Norfolk Florist has better service and way better flowers.
