This customer service experience was exceptional. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was in a real pinch - service early the next morning in a town far from home and it was 8:30 PM!! I called and left a "shot in the dark" message -- if you are an early riser and hear this, please help me send flowers. I was shocked to receive a call back in only a few minutes. As luck would have it, the shop owner was in the shop and called. "Why not make it happen?", she said... And she did!! For a flower delivery 11 hours later in the morning! I know you cant count on someone being at work super late and still being receptive to a work order, but the stars aligned for this jam. The order was delivered on time and the recipients surprised to receive the beautiful arrangement. Thank you!!

Amazing florist. I would not go anywhere else. I call Monica, and she makes the most beautiful custom arrangements & my girlfriend is always ecstatic with the finished product. Monica makes it easy for me, as I dont have to go into the shop and do all the work myself, but it looks like a fully customized gorgeous Bouquet of flowers. Ive purchased flowers from many different shops in the past, and this is just one of the best experiences Ive had. Monica always remembers my name and knows who I am and just gives me great personalized service. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks so much for making my special occasions that much more special!

“Flowers by Audrey Ann” is a very special flower shop. The shop creates its arrangements to suit the person who orders them. Only beautiful fresh flowers are used. Their customer service is extraordinary. When one sees the arrangements, it is obvious that they were created by people that love flowers and want to present a very special gift to the recipients. They create lovely silk arrangements as well as fresh flower arrangements. The results are absolutely gorgeous.
