Every department in this store besides deli is a delight. The deli in this Farm Fresh is terrible, this is not my first bad experience either. I have called to place orders at this deli and every time I always get placed on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Tonight I walked in at 6 PM (prime dinner time,) and asked for chicken tenders which they did not have. I asked for them to make me some and they told me no. Then I saw the sign hanging above the deli that said "just ask and we will make the following items for you." On that sign was chicken strips and popcorn chicken, I asked if they could make the popcorn chicken and they said they have never sold popcorn chicken. The staff is very short when you speak with them, and really seem to hate their jobs. I never write reviews... but this deli really needs some work.

They said someone will come over and wrap flowers, but had me waiting there for 20 (3:22-3:43) minutes, no one showed up, then asked for a nicer wrap and ribbon at the register, she asked her manager, who said they didnt have anything. It is thanksgiving, but just stay off with saying theres no one here to help from the beginning rather than being rude.

I was looking around in the produce with some cabbage in hand. When an Farm Fresh associate ask me could he help. He had in his hand all ready opened, a clear vegetable bag extended towards me. Now thats great Customer Service. He may not have known what I was looking for but he saw a need he could meet.

We really liked Farm Fresh, but today we had a bad experience with two female attendants who were gossiping about customers. Today they was talking about my 2 year olds behavior in the store, and we are not coming back to Kemps River Farm Fresh anymore.

Dirty store, produce rotten and the most unfriendly staff. This particular store gives Farm Fresh a bad name. I hope this one comes under new management that improves this store, if not, I hope this store closes. Horrible !!!

This particular farm fresh I would not suggest. The fresh aspect is questionable. Everyother farm fresh is pretty good to great. This is the exception from the standards I set for them

Short-staffed on a Saturday evening, so there was a wait. But the employees were professional and, despite the wait, I was happy with the way they efficiently handled the situation.
