I received the most beautiful arrangement from f.r. Brice Florist. However, the delivery person tipped them over and their were a few broken and smashed flowers. I called them right up and they were very nice and apologetic. The next day I was delivered more flowers to make up for the ruined ones, actually double the number that were ruined. They went above and beyond to make things right.
